I called Eric from sewer heroes because we had a huge flood on our basement floor of the house. The sewer was backing up. He came out on an emergency call and cleared the line with the jet. After that we found the problem was our gardener had took post into the sewer without knowing years ago this caused the roots to grow into the line and cause it to back up Eric quickly to get up and fix everything the next day, they are a great company and really take care of I’d recommend them to anyone in Glendale area

Experts in sewer repair. After the last company cleared the line and left us a hefty quote, we decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully I found Sewer Heroes. Erik came by and gave a free estimate. They want the job not the $200-$300 camera inspection fee. He gave me a great price and a great solution to redo my whole sewer line. Very thankful for these guys!

A professional plumbing company who gets the job done. Water backed up into our whole bathroom and we called out for an emergency plumbing company to come and help us out since I never had something like this happen in my house. I live in the border of Glendale/ La Canada and they got to me very quickly. Eriks nothing but the best when it came to getting his job done. Cleared up some roots in the line and I guess our guests had flushed some wipes causing the system to fail. I don’t usually leave reviews but this company deserves 5 stars!

The best guys ever! Sewer Heroes came to the rescue for our clogged drains issue. Our shower, bathroom sink, and toilet ALL suddenly stopped draining and it honestly freaked me out for a second because everything backed up at once. Erik got here within an hour of calling which felt like such a lifesaver when you’re watching water go nowhere. He ran a camera, showed me exactly where the roots were pushing into the line, and then cleared everything out and removed the roots so the drains could actually breathe again. He was super chill and explained things in a way I could understand, and the pricing was straightforward. By the time he wrapped up everything was flowing perfectly again and I felt so grateful to have it handled that fast. Definitely a solid experience!

It broke my heart and soul when I was told we needed a complete sewer line replacement. It all broke my heart, but the one thing I just could not stand to imagine was the thought of our lovely garden being ruined. And then sewer replacement trenchless these guys noted that, oh, that's a solution too. Thank goodness! The crew arrived perfectly on time and were so professional throughout. They walked me through the process and answered all my nervous little questions. The tech they had was just amazing. They were quicker than I anticipated, and the best part is our yard remained in one piece! We've got years ahead of us with the sweet warranty that new pipe carries. Not cheap, but they did save our landscaping and I think the value was good for the amount of work they did.

When I offered him payment, he declined and wouldn't take a thing for it. As a senior 60+ single woman, this guy is one in a million! Clean, efficient, didn't make a mess, treated me like a sister or Auntie. LADIES! I would trust Eric in my home 100%. Won't rip you off, either! His mother and father should be knighted for raising such a person.

Very appropriately named company! Had a bad sewer backup that flooded half the first floor of our landmarked house in the Hollywood Hills. Fortunately found Sewer Heroes online. Erik arrived in less than an hour, diagnosed the problem with his state of the art equipment and jetted the line open so we could use our plumbing. Then he showed me the sewer line video of what needed fixing: a crushed and root-blocked section of clay pipe in a very awkward spot deep under a line of trees, shrubbery and concrete landscaping blocks. He and his excellent crew came back early the next morning and coordinated with our gardeners to carefully dig out and replace the damaged pipe. He then confirmed that the remaining 150 feet of piping was clear and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they’d been there. Amazingly professional and easy to work with. Very fair pricing, too. I highly recommend them.
