DJ and Stevie were literally God sent angels! After the nightmare sewage backup we had last night in our bathroom, they showed up and handled all of it! They had solid communication, great energy and a plan to resolve the issue and setup restoration afterwards. We are more than satisfied with the experience having them take care of our home and help us sort out the cost of service with full transparency.

Kitchen disposal p trap was clogged, they identified the issue right away and got to work. The two folks that came out were kind, made pleasant conversation, and gave me tips for avoiding future problems and what to look out for. Cleaning took less than an hour, and they arrived 30 min after I made the call. Only downside is they weren't able to fully contain the dirty water.

Our technician quickly relit a troublesome water heater for a standard diagnostic fee. At our request he worked with us to replace it and recommend a better unit. We had seen the existing unit become unreliable before a repair a few years ago. Our tech successfully installed the new one in a tight cabinet and refunded the earlier diagnostic fee. Our tech remained helpful and friendly despite the tough install location.

Victor and Demar from Roto-Rooter were awesome! They came by to fix a clog in my kitchen sink and did a fantastic job. Super friendly, professional, and really knew what they were doing. They even took the time to explain what caused the problem and gave me helpful tips on how to prevent it from happening again. I really appreciate their honesty and great service—highly recommend them!

I had a partial drain blockage in a kitchen sink and a leaky pipe in an obscure place. The leak has been going for a long time, but it only presented itself last Tuesday.
Root-Rooter sent Ishmael out for the blockage, Then DENIS out for remediation. Andy and Brian came out with a de-humidifier. The dehumidifier has been running continuously since last Tuesday. Joseph came out at 5pm and worked until 8pm opening the walls to isolate the leak. He arranged for a leak detection company to send a rep. John arrived today. Guillermo arrived from Roto-Rooter today and a short while later Joseph arrived. The leak was found in the space below the kitchen sink through the outside wall and repaired after one week. I am happy with the team work and the logical way they searched and the quick repair that followed.

Technician Noe was great—very polite, professional, and efficient. He explained everything clearly, and resolved the issue quickly. The cost was on the higher side, but the quality of the service and his professionalism were great. Overall, a very positive experience.

Using a nationally recognized plumber like Roto-Rooter can sometimes be hit-miss. We got a superstar plumber today with Noah/Nor! We had a bad smell from our kitchen and thought it might be a new garbage disposal. It was the pipes connecting the disposal and Noah diagnosed the the problem quickly and efficiently. He’s also very nice, explained everything and was reasonably priced. I have never written a review for a plumber but Noah/Noe was amazing! Highly recommend him and the company. My rating is basically for Noah/Noe. I’m calling him again for more maintenance we need around the house.

Thank you Victor! Our sink was backed up and flooding our kitchen due to our very poorly maintained 100 year old apartment’s pipes. We shut our valves immediately and within an hour Victor showed up, immediately diagnosed the problem and an hour after that he was done. Very reasonable pricing. Would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

DJ was absolutely amazing and did a great job fixing our plumbing issue, just hours before we were hosting a big Super Bowl party. He went above and beyond and I’m so thankful that he ended up being our technician. This was my first experience with RotoRooter and I must say, I was hesitant at first but we needed someone fast and i’m so glad we called them.

So DJ came out. He had to shut a valve off for me at my church. Where I thought it was a leak and there wasn't it was just valve need to be turned off. He was so helpful so polite and explained everything that he was doing before he did it to make sure I was comfortable with the work that was going to be done. And then while he was doing the work he was explaining to me what he was doing. So I wasn't left in the dark about anything. Thank you DJ for being so helpful and so kind and so patient I appreciate you greatly.
