Our water heater suddenly went out and we had no hot water, so we called Good News Plumbing & Drain. They were available right away and sent Lupe and Jaime. They explained our options clearly and got to work right away. They were very helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. The issue was resolved quickly and we had hot water again! We will definitely be calling them next time.

These guys are fantastic! We had a slab leak and they came the next day to detect where the leak was and gave us our options. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. We ended up calling them back to do a whole house re-pipe and a new water heater installation, as we found yet another leak in another part of the house. This was the best decision for our family. The crew was respectful of my work hours, my property and my pets.

Highly recommend!! They were very responsive after my frantic call for help. They were quick to respond via text and phone and kept me updated on their arrival. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. Not only did he fix my plumbing issues, but he explained it to me in laymen terms AND he showed me where my water shut off and sewer clean out is for the future. As a clueless new homeowner, this extra gesture was very appreciated. I will definitely be using them again (though I hope nothing else breaks for a while! 😳) LOL Super nice, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and reasonable. What more could you want?!
