Rudy and Jaime were very nice very respectful explained everything that needed to be done gave me an estimate and overall just wonderful. The best thing was they were so kind to my dog Duke they even played with him a little bit. I most definitely would recommend the company to my friends. I have two little boys and one of them clogged the toilet. Things went from bad to worse when I tried to plunge it myself and it backed up into my shower. After calling another local plumber, who said they couldn’t come out until the next day, I called Good News Plumbing & Drain. The guy I spoke to said he could have someone out within the hour. 15 minutes later, they were at my door, quickly diagnosed the problem as being my main line and went to work. Alex ended up having to snake my main line and was very thorough in making sure it was fixed before he left. I was VERY happy with the response time, service, efficiency and the price. He also had a great attitude. I’ll definitely call them again if I have issues in the future. Thank you guys!!!!

So impressed with Good News Plumbing. Alex and his partner were proficient and professional. They took time to explain issues and did an excellent job with repairs and drain cleaning in kitchen and bathroom sinks. I will definitely call on Alex for all future plumbing needs and maintenance service. My impression is that no job would be too small or too big for him to take care of.

I've used Good News Plumbing twice now. They are always on time and I feel are honest and straight shooters when it comes to what needs to be done.
This time my dad's water heater broke and leaked about8inches of water in the 5x10 basement. They got to the house around 4pm and got all the water out and replaced the water heater. They were finished around 10pm. It was reported this morning that the house has hot water this morning. I did think that it was expensive but they did a good job and were there when I needed them. They are my choice for plumbing needs at my dad's place.

Luis and Ronnie arrived within the timeframe they gave. They were very professional and got to work on the problem with my water heater. They fixed the issue and stayed to make sure there was hot water in my home. I highly recommend the Good News Plumbing &Drain company. They were prompt, efficient, and professional.

A pipe in our hall closet busted around 7:30pm this past weekend, spraying water everywhere. I called my original plumber only to get the runaround about how they didn't know if they get someone out so close to closing time. I came across Good News Plumbing and was impressed from the start! Our water heater made a loud frightening noise on a Friday night so we cut off the gas and called Good News Plumbing on a Saturday morning. To our surprise Alex arrived at 11 am as promised and informed us that the water heater was over ten years old , out of production and out of code. We agreed to replacing it at a reasonable cost.

The service was outstanding! Alex left and returned with the water heater and spent the rest of the day bringing the space up to code and installing the new water heater.

The price was good, there were on time, friendly, trustworthy and the service was the best. We recommend Good News Plumbing to everyone and will be using them again and again.

Needed a bathroom faucet swapped. Had all the parts. When the plumbers arrived proceeded to tell us that the water supply had to be changed because they couldn't use them for the new faucet. They said that it would cost $800.00 dollars. We refused this crazy price and they still charged us $90 dollars to basically do nothing. We asked to pay with our credit card and they said they would charge an extra fee for that. We ended up paying with a check. The neighbor overheard them and came over to help. Replaced the faucet in an hour with all the parts we had, using the existing water supply with no issues. I can't believe they did this to my Mom. She just survived a brain tumor. To see a company take advantage like this is disgusting. Avoid this company at all costs.

Exellent service. Ronnie did a great job of showing me up front what the problems were with my sink. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done and checked to see that the drain was functioning perfectly. The price was very fair I thought and I am confident my sink problem is no more. Good News Plumbing sent Ronnie out to what ended up being a garbage disposal that needed replacing. I got text messages alerting me to my time frame and when he was en route, as well as a photo of my plumber so I knew exactly who was going to be entering my house, which made me feel very reassured and safe. Ronnie was fast, knowledgeable, and very professional and polite. My issue was taken care of in a short morning visit for a very reasonable price.
