Quick response from the company. They responded within 5 minutes of us reaching out for a quote. Jimmy came and gave us a good quote. He fixed our garbage disposal, was quick and efficient. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. He gave us tips on how to maintain it to make it last.

Last Sunday night my husband and I discovered that we had a leak somewhere as there was water damage all over the carpet and hardwood floor. The next morning Jimmy came out bright and early. He was respectful, knowledgeable, informative and definitely thorough, he even helped keep my home clean by wearing booties over his shoes. 😊 After several tests he determined the problem. Due do a lot of water damage Jimmy referred us to RRP an emergency recovery restoration company, they immediately came out and helped us begin our claim with insurance. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone! JG Plumbing will definitely be our go too plumbers now! Thankful we found them. No need to search anywhere else!

I was very pleased that JG Plumbing was able to come out the same day, a Saturday, to fix a plugged drain for me. They kept me informed through the whole process, and subsequent repairs the following day. Very professional and they do quality work. I would be happy to use them again for future plumbing work.

Jimmy from JG Plumbing was extremely helpful and fast to respond! We had a leaking faucet in our kitchen sink and within under an hour Jimmy was at our door, spotted the issue, and gave us reasonable solutions on how to solve the leak quickly. He was very kind and gave us options for a faucet replacement and provided same day installation! We really appreciated it!

A long overdue review, but if you are looking for an straightforward, honest, family owned business then you should look no further. After doing some emergency plumbing work for us a few months ago, we reached back out to JG for a major project that needed to get done on a tight timeline. JG was willing to work with us on every aspect of the project (timing, budget, etc.) and hopped on the phone with us anytime we had any questions or concerns about the work. We were initially told that the project would take between 2-3 days, but when Jimmy (who did the emergency work for us) showed up he was confident it could be done in one day. The work was completed in a single day and Jimmy took the time to answer all of our questions and walked us through the work that was being done. Furthermore, he came back out the next day to make adjustments to the work that was done in order to accommodate some asks that we had. We will always go with JG anytime we need plumbing work done on our home!

This is the 2nd time I've called JG plumbing out for a service and once again they didn't disappoint! As usual the work and attention to detail was on full display. Even though the small job turned into something bigger. I was able to make an informed decision based on all the knowledge and recommendations made by Jim Jr. He took his time and addressed all of our concern and answered all of our questions. JG Plumbing responded same day on an urgent request to help with an item that was accidentally flushed down the toilet. Jimmy was our technician and worked tirelessly to try to rectify the issue, explained everything that he was doing clearly and thoroughly, and was incredibly generous with his time and effort.
