We were redirected to a local plumber due to issues with a shower leak in our spare bathroom. We found Good News and saw they had very good ratings. Ronnie and Alex at Good News plumbing were very knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions throughout the process. Ronnie kept us in the loop whether it was about issues while working on the leak or possible delay in ordering parts and even showed us what he was working on. He was very respectful of our home and made sure that he kept other areas of the bathroom protected. He also provided a demonstration on the repair and allowed us to inspect his work. Very professional, thorough, and prompt! By the way, I really appreciate that Alex sent a picture of Ronnie while he was en route to our home so I know WHO to expect at my door. I think this is a big plus on safety, especially for anyone who may be living alone.

This is the worst plumbing experience ever. With these people they did not show up on the correct date. They also did not install the correct plumbing to keep the same water pressure in my shower or tub faucets that existed before they worked on it.

Great service at an affordable price. I’ll definitely be using this company again. If you’re having doubts, don’t you're in good hands with them!

Alex showed up at my apartment units at 7:00pm and was able to assess the problem. He came back the next morning, along with Lupe and Jaime, and added a new two-way cleanout. Very professional and provided updates. I was happy with their work. I highly recommend them.

We called Good News plumbing out at 11pm for a sudden burst pipe in the outside built in BBQ. They arrived within the hour and took time to diagnose the issue properly and suggest a plan of action. They stayed until 2am to be sure the temporary fix they did was successful, then returned promptly the next day as promised and took care of the whole thing.
This was a tricky repair with the water valve hidden behind a wall due to the poor planning of the builders who installed it. They not only fixed and repaired the problem pipe but re routed it so should anything happen in the future switching off the water would be so my easier for us to do. So impressed! The next time we have a plumbing issue I’m calling this company first, no question. Thank you Alex for your great work and pleasant demeanor. You saved the day…and the middle of the night!

After our toilet experienced a paper jam, as it were, we were rescued by Good News Plumbing and Drain. I appreciated how friendly and fast they were to communicate and appear for the emergency call. The work and advice was excellent and I certainly recommend Good News for making your day much better.

My sink became unexpectedly clogged. I reached out to Good News very early morning and they answered right away (I contacted multiple “24 hour” companies and they were the only ones to respond right away). Good News came out right away and on time, they were professional, addressed the issue and thoroughly explained what they needed to do to fix the problem, and took care of the issue quickly, efficiently and cleanly (they cleaned up after themselves before leaving). I would definitely use their services again and will be recommending them to friends and family!

Good News Plumbing came through! Our very old shower handle jammed and we lost use of our shower. After a phone call, Good News dispatched Jamie the next morning to assess the problem and Lupe to complete the job. The old handle could have been replaced but we decided to upgrade the shower system. This included not only a new handle, but also a new shower head, faucet and shutoff valves… all done in one day. Completely satisfied!

Usually when I hire any plumber/ contractor it always seems like there’s a problem or the process wasn’t moving fast enough, but when I hired good news the process was sooo simple. The dispatcher I spoke to, jasmine, was so clear about everything and my plumbers Jamie and Lupe were very quick and clean. Thank you guys!!!

Good News Plumbing has great service and response time. Lupe was very professional. He kept his work area clean, and always checked in with me before proceeding with the work and after to show the completion. We have used this plumbing service several times before and have had them work at my parent’s house, who have also had a good experience with them. I trust them with the preventative maintenance and reactionary problems that we’ve encountered while owning an older home.

I highly recommend Good News Plumbing. Jasmine in the office and Alex in the field were delightful to work with when we needed The hot water heater went out at my 97-year-old mother's home and we were not local. They came out the same day, stayed late to finish the job so that she would have hot water, and were extremely accommodating and good at communicating with. They kept us updated every step of the way. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with!

Had an emergency at home and after calling few companies for help, Alex at Good News Plumbing was very helpful and assure me he can fit us in his schedule. They told me it be about 2 hrs but to my surprise they made it sooner and fix my problem. I will be calling them for any future repairs.

I was away when the plumber arrived to work on a clogged toilet. They quoted us $464 to use a tool called an augur that the plumber already had with him and costs about $40 to purchase. The tool itself requires no expertise or training to use.

In total the work took the plumber no more than 25 minutes. Absurdly overpriced company. I do not recommend them.

I couldn’t be anymore please with Good News Plumbing. I spoke to Alex late evening last night and by noon today Lupe and Jaime were on site assessing my plumbing issues.

Several hours later my main water line leak was repaired. Thank you so much Alex, Lupe and Jaime you guys are awesome.

Had a great experience with Good News Plumbing and Drain. After grading my front yard(with a different business), the main gas line was exposed and had a small leak due to being old and corroded. I called up Good News, and they came out the same day and gave me a quote. The morning of when the work was supposed to begin it started to rain, but Alex and his crew still showed up with canopies to do the job! By the end of the day, all the work was done and it had looked like no one had disturbed my beautiful front yard that is full of succulents/cacti and rock work. They did a great job and would highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Good News . They professional, prompt, courteous. The plumber arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, reliable plumbing service and will be using them again if I needed

We had an emergency due to a shower not turning off. We also understood we had to pay the after houra emergency fee. He put on 2 faucets (one on tub, one on shower) and on top of the emergency call charged us over $600 . We were desperate because we live on a septic so we paid it but in the process we lost our hot water and were not told this would happen. Even with all that he spent more time outside walking around than even putting the valves/faucet heads on. Such a disappointment not only did we get over charged but loat hot water. Beware this vendor ls taking advantage of people.
