Truly a God-send & AMAZING customer service, admittedly I was a little short on the phone because I was frantic to find a replacement plumber because my usual plumber was unavailable AGAIN- however my tone made no difference at all- I've never had more prompt service they showed up like literally 15 minutes after I called ahead of the appointment time (after being sorely sharp on the quote price) yet the technician was an absolute delight, no pompous or patronizing manner at all. Bonus the quote WAZ the set price 😮😮😮

I just called this company and they are coming to check our water heater and to evaluate whether to replace or repair for FREE. Who does that these days? Usually companies charge you to come out and look at the issue. Kudos to this company!!

Came out within an hour to check a clogged tub/shower drain. Jose worked so hard to clear the clog and was successful. A VERY pleasant young man, and a nice company. I would definitely recommend!

My neighbor called these people up to unclog a kitchen sink. After a long time they said there calling up the guy that knows everything thing. A game that many companies use. 1st snig of cation. They told her she needed a new sewer line redone. A very expensive proposition. I told her to send them all back to were they come from. My friend from another well known plumbing company in Glendora for about 65 years came out and did the work In about 1/2 hour. This was about 4 years ago and still working. I have seen this many times before being in the plumbing business myself for over 30 years. Not sure there still opened. Heard some reasons why. Dont want to state them in case there incorrect.

This company really does not want work. They had performed good work on re-pipe the sewer pipes under my house and also finishing the copper pipe on one side of my house.
However for a little over 8 months I have been trying to get a quote for a remodel on my kitchen, includes flooring in kitchen, dinning room , family room and livening room.Kitchen cabinets, the wall between the kitchen and dining room. I had a burst pipe that State Farm refused to pay for repairs. So I am footing the whole bill.
They have been out a number of times to get measurements etc. Still do not have a quote. Going on over 8 months. Robert keeps saying tomorrow etc- tomorrow never comes. It is either deliberate or incompetence that I have been strung along waiting for a quote.
I have spoken with the office manager – which has apologized and passed this along to Robert and the owner of company. Still no quote.
If this company is like this on giving a quote, I imagine it would be 100 times worse on actually getting the work done.
I would strongly suggest to anyone to save yourself a major headache and use a different company.

We selected Wise Choice because of the excellent work done at my Mother-in-law's house in Anaheim. It was a major re piping job including replacing drain lines under the house and the main out to the street.

We have an older house with the same issue except we are on a slab and septic. It involved removing the bathroom tub, breaking slab in bathroom and digging down to the pipe. They also had to go through the slab on porch to pull new pipe. Scott minimized damage to the slab by tunneling under it to access certain sections of pipe. They reset the tub, a cast iron/ porcelain beast and no easy task. Scott installed new tub valve and shower head purchased from Home Depot. They were incredibly neat and meticulous with their work with attention to detail. They put down tarps for the piles of dirt and put up plastic. Scott even scrubbed the tub and showed up with a shower rod/curtain including putting up plastic until I finish re tiling. He even bought us a new drain flange and overflow cover so it would match the new fixture. I hadn't thought of that. They poured new concrete and had it ready for tile. They also hauled away all the old concrete, pipe and debris then thoroughly cleaned the site. This was all done in three days.

Wise Choice technicians are highly competent, neat, clean professionals but Scott is amazing. His exceptional kindness and consideration of our needs went above and beyond. Because of his thoughtfulness and initiative, we never had to ask. His skill, ability and attention to detail is outstanding. What an impressive work ethic! We have never experienced this kind of wonderful service from any of various contractors in the past.

Wise Choice prices are reasonable. The initial estimate is negotiable as with most contractors but don't be offended, that's business and they are easy to work with. Their contract is clear and simple. On both jobs they showed up on time every day and accomplished exactly what the said they were going to do. You can find discount or cut rate plumbers but save yourself the aggravation and buyers remorse. There are other excellent plumbing contractors but you won't regret making a Wise Choice.

I called Wise Choice Plumbing & Rooter because my water heater was leaking. They came out quickly and fixed it right away. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to everyone!

I called Wise Choice Pubbing and router for an advertisement offering maintenance drain cleaning.
A plumber named Javier responded and attempted to clean a kitchen sink blockage from an access point in front of the house but he was unsuccessful. Communicating with a supervisor named Jesse they concluded that a new access point is needed in the back wall of the house to use a high pressure water jet, however this was unsuccessful as well and Jesse proposed to dig up the patio to reroute the pipe.
I found the proposal to dig up the patio cement slab an unacceptable one. He said ” You go to the Doctor and you do what he tells you if you want to get well. There is nothing else we can do for you” he said and they left leaving a hole in the back of the house.

We had no hot water and therefore purchased a new Bradford and White water heater. The Water Heater Company ame and installed it. We found out that we had a pinpoint leak. The water Heater Company was no help after charging approx $5;500. We called several plumbers and most wanted to repipe and charge approx $20,000. The people that came were not the owners and lacked experience. Found WISE CHOICE PLUMBING. The owner, Eric was diplomatic and knowledgeable. He came the same morning we called. He has a lot of experience, good communication skills and was able to diagnose the problem and fix the issue without tearing up the house. We contacted approx 8 plumber and all wanted to repipe. Too late we found out that the cost to install the new water heater is less expensive with Wise. It is questionable if we needed a new water heater. Thank you Wise Choice Plumbing for your expertise, excellent service and doing the job right. The owner, Eric is a master teacher. Wise Choice Plumbing is the best!

OMG Isaac was amazing, professional and personable! But also extreme honest with the repairs to my toilet. He thought we had a water leak. He discovered the problem which was a simply turn of our "frozen" water valve to our pool. But it was later today he called me to say I over paid him. Isaac came by this evening to return the over paid amount! Thank you. I highly recommend him. It was my first experience with him, found is company on the internet. Can't praise him enough.

I have used them personally and professionally for my Real Estate business. They have replaced main lines, water heaters, toilets, hidden leaks, and minors fixes. They are very professional, and great communicators. They always arrive on-time, and they always leave the work area just as clean—if not way better—than when they started. When they replaced my main line, I couldn't even tell where they had to dig the line out once the job was complete. They are also priced very competitively. Isaac and son’s plumbing was amazing! I smelled gas in my laundry room, so I called Isaac and he sent one of his workers ( Christian ) in less than 24 hrs later. Christian was very professional, clean, courteous and knowledgeable in craft. He was done quickly and checked for any other gas leaks. He cleaned up nicely. I felt very confident about his work and satisfied that I paid a reasonable price. I would definitely call him again in the future for any plumbing issues and highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issues.
