I needed a new water boiler put in during an emergency around 11pm and their team did it before 1am !!! It was late but they came in and cleaned up all the leaked and replaced my water boiler so fast!!!! My old had rusted through !!! They’re based in Glendora and came all the way to Northridge for me !! They also worked on some of our old bathrooms ! My home was old like 1910s and my pipes were basically clay . They are professionally and haven’t had an issue since ! That was about 8months ago . All my stuff has no leaks or issues .

Wow wow Wow I can say as a top reviewer for Google, according to my followers and readers that this is a PROFESSIONAL, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY, AND FAIR company to use for ANY plumbing issues you might have. SERGIO & JOHN are just not good at there jobs they make you feel like FAMILY. I had my kitchen sink back up and unfortunately I had bigger problems than I was aware of. These things are expensive and John worked with me & my mom on being fair and going above & beyond for us. He came 2 times when we needed his assistance on some issues and was very polite, and understanding. I have dealt with lots of contractors having 3 houses and never have I felt so good about a contractor as I did with John & Sergio. Sergio did all the work and he did it all by himself in a timely matter, never late, always professional and very curious. Helped my mom walk so she wouldn't fall or hurt herself to see the damages, John & Sergio listened to her concerns showed her everything before the work started, and had patience with me. It took about 3-5 days to add a clean out a new drain pipe and fix another pipe that was un even and un safe. I can't say enough about them to give credit where credit is due. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will now use them for any plumbing issues in the future for all my properties. Hello Sewer Surgeon! You have met our expectations again! Nick and his team worked well on all that we had scheduled for two days Dec. 4th & 5th. From arrival to departure, they were attentive to our concern regarding masks, informed us well in advance about length of time water for the entire house would need to be off and answered patiently any questions we had regarding the work before, during and after the various tasks they were doing. Not to be missed- and this is no small thing- Nick and his team were in many parts of our home and they left all areas where they worked clean! Thank you Nick!

We wanted our hot and cold pipes changed and our water pressure was extremely high like 150 when it should be 75. John came and gave us an estimate, he was professional and arranged to have Jorge and Daniel do the repairs. They worked tirelessly and even came to work on Saturdays. They were smart, on time, and knew their job. They cleaned up and hauled away all the dirty pipes and even installed a faucet outside for me. Experience really matters in this work. I'm glad we got the job done. John was so professional and accommodating. The office personnel, Richie, was also amazing. This whole company is doing things the right way. The owner should be very proud of their company.

We noticed a leak on top of the water heater that had been running for a few hours. We called The Sewer Surgeon and they responded imminently to our call in the middle of the night. The plumber was here within 40 minutes, fixed the leak and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend the Sewer Surgeon if you are ever in need of a plumber.

After years of having backed up showers and sinks and repeatedly snaking our old main clay line, my family and I finally decided it was time to finally address the problem and replace our main sewer line. Our old plumber we used for years seemed to no longer be in business so a friend of ours gave us the recommendation and we decided to give the sewer surgeon a call. They sent a technician our right away. Andrew arrived and was extremely friendly and very professional! Diagnosing our issue, we had already known from past experience, and years of snaking out the roots from our broken line what we were facing, but Andrew was very thorough and was able to show us in real time exactly where our issues were through his camera and what our options were. He promised he could clear the line by snaking it, but eventually he’d be back to do it again. Based off his quote and the trust we had in him, my family and I decided it was time. Him and his crew replaced our old broken clay line with ABS, and had the entire project finished quicker than we imagined! These guys truly be at our expectations from their plumbing, to the concrete they had to replace! I couldn’t say better words about the sewer surgeon and our experience with Andrew and his team. A++ to these guys, highly recommended! No more snaking! Thanks again!

Nick and his team are the best!! Was having some unusual issues with my water heater and within a couple of hours a technician was onsite and fixed the issue at a very fair price!! Very professional from beginning to end. No job is too small or too big for these guys. Thanks.

I rarely leave reviews, but Nick & his team are exceptional. I had a small gas leak in my laundry room & an old shut off valve that needed to be replaced, so I decided to call TSS. Nick first went through safety protocals & then immediately scheduled us for a same day visit. Sergio arrived within 4 hours of my call and was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions, explained everything he was doing & even made sure to clean up after the repairs. A+ customer service, great work and a very reasonable price.
