Called at 9:36am monday, set an appointment for someone to show up 4-6pm (questionable since it is at the end of the day). No one showed up, but the owner/manager called me at 7pm apologizing with an excuse that there was an emergency gas leak they had to attend to. He offered me a discount if i would be willing to reschedule for someone to come early am the next morning. He guranteed someone will show up before 9am, that i will be the first customer of the day. Next morning, NO SHOW NO CALL. It would be great if you are busy, then be honest and say you are busy. If you are too tired to come by 6pm, then say so instead of wasting 24 hours of a customer's time and incurring anger and resentment. Be honest, instead of making empty promises, unfounded excuses, and dishonesty.

After searching high and low for a contractor to connect a new stormwater drain, I found Nick......problem solved. He stepped in and handled the entire process (permit, inspections, etc), super impressed with the work that he and his crew completed for us and will be working with them again!

Storm drain cleaning. Price quoted $89 over the phone but ended up $199 due to presence of roots in some areas of the pipe. Done to my satisfaction. They recommended other things to be done which I respectfully declined at this time. It’s not an emergent need.

I called the Sewer Surgeon because I had a foul stench coming from under my bathroom vanity. Joe arrived at my residence and immediately diagnosed the problem. Our main sewer line backed up about 11pm , on a Sunday night. I could not get anyone to answer for our plumbing emergency. I came across the Sewer Surgeon on Yelp and I thought a surgeon better answer. I’m so glad they did. I was able to get a live person on the phone at almost midnight and they where able to send a plumber to our home within the hour. Very fast, clean and Professional. They honored the price I was quoted over the phone & took care of my problem right away!
