I would highly recommend SWE these guys were very friendly on time and knowledgeable They did amazing work and very affordable I needed a new water heater. They recommended going tankless which was probably the best decision I made. their work was super clean and also followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was working well. I called on a Saturday with a major sewer problem. Nick the owner answered from Hawaii and dispatched his project manager Charles who showed up same day. Charles offered me an excellent solution which was major work and repair instead of a bandaid. He unblocked my line to get me through the night and showed up next day. The crew did an excellent job very thorough at a price that was very reasonable. I ended up with replacement of several feet at the street and a new cured in place liner. Excellent work excellent professionals done quickly at a fair price. I highly recommend EWS.

Techs did a camera inspection on arrival then cleared the line and showed me the before and after video so I knew the problem was handled. They explained options for a longer term trenchless fix in plain terms and never pushed extras. Cleanup was thorough and the work area was left better than they found it. Scheduling was straightforward and I like that they are available 24 hours if things go sideways again. Straight shooters who solve the issue and move on, easy five stars.

I highly recommend Charles and his crew at Sewer Surgeon. They did a septic to sewer conversion for me in late December and did a fantastic job, his crew was awesome. Super courteous and helpful throughout the process as well as a budget friendly. They're bid came in much cheaper then the competition while not cutting corners.
