Honestly Nick and his crew provided excellent customer service! They answered all of our questions and got the job done so quick! My parents were very happy with the work they did for them and so was I. If we ever need anything else we know who we are contacting!

SWE was amazing from start to finish. I needed a new water line from the street to my home. My regular plumber give me a price that I thought was very high, so I called SWE for a free 2nd opinion. Their manager came out and was very respectful. He had his mask on the whole time & was very safe. The price he gave me was better by 10%. The install guys were very nice, worked hard, and finished my job a day early. They cleaned up and we could not even tell they were here. I appreciate the fast, great service!

We were having issues with our plumbing. They were extremely responsive when we called to see if someone could come out to give us a quote. The quote was a decent price. After we gave the green light, they arrived the next day and got the job done. The team that worked at our home left everything clean. Now I can use my washer and dryer without it backing up in to my kitchen sink! Highly recommend!

We had a really great experience with SWE sewer. Nick came out to give an estimate on our main sewer line repair, and started work the next morning. The crew was done in one day, and they handled the permit and inspection process as well. For such an obnoxious problem, this turned out to be a smooth and well managed experience. We would use them again and recommend them for sure.

We live out of state and had a problem with a commercial building in California. Nick was very helpful getting us a fair estimate and taking care of the job in a timely manner as our building had tenants. We recently worked with Nick and his crew to connect our Septic to the City Sewer. My spouse and I were appalled on how wonderful and professional the workers were during this project. Nick was fantastic; he held our hands and guided us through this project. Communication was very thorough, we knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. The project took 2 weeks to complete, did an amazing job of obtaining permits and pricing was reasonable. The crew did everything from cutting the asphalt to paving.

• The workers would knock on our door to ask permission to start work
• They would reconnect with us when the work was done for the day and asked us what time was best to return to work the next day.
• Shout-out to Javier, I believe he was the foreman overseeing our project. He was the first person we saw and the last person leaving the property during our project. He would pick-up after his workers – cans, water bottles, etc. Insured all tools/equipment were cleaned and put away in a secure area. He would then hammer in stakes and block access with caution tape EVERYDAY!!

If you want FAST, EFFICIENT AND TRANSPARENT then SWE Sewer is the way to go.
We would definitely hire them again and recommend to others!

I hired SWE to replace a sewer line at a rental property. They were supposed to extend the sewer line to the back of the property for an addition. The work was never finished and they are giving me the run around to complete the work after I paid for it. It is incredibly frustrating and holding my plans up. I do not recommend this company, there is no service.

When your dad tries to fix the kitchen sink but you end up having to shut the main water line off ‍ That was our emergency situation this morning. This was our first time using The Sewer Surgeon and Nick did not disappoint! He sent someone out right away and the service that Chris provided was professional, efficient, and fast! I'm doing a home remodel in Manhattan Beach and I had to do a full sewer and water main repipe. I got a referral to SWE and Nick, and man Nick and the crew are amazing. They gave me a really honest good price for the work and they took care of everything. I didn't have to worry about anything and the work was done quick! I mean some major digging and patch and both things were done in about a 1.5-2 weeks! On top of that Nick's crew was so nice to my elderly neighbors, they were very professional moving their trucks when they need to get out of driveway, they even helped one of them cross the street and they even offered to clean out my neighbors garage of leaves and debris! They emailed me and couldn't be happier with the crew and how nice they were. If you need public street work done in MB give SWE and Nick a call ASAP because they will get the work done super fast and they won't make your neighbors mad. Thanks SWE and Nick!

I’ve got to give props to SWE! Nick is the best & fantastic to work with. On my first call to them, Nick literally gave me the contact info for an underground water leak detection company, and suggested that I call them directly to save some $$; instead of having them do it just to charge me more for the exact same service. He arrived on site within minutes of my call to do an evaluation, & had a guy out to me in an hour. I had an underground water leak from the main to the house. Unfortunately for me the leak was under the drive way. I had serious concerns about tearing up my driveway, I expressed to Nick that this was my main concern to NOT do it. But fortunately the leak was semi accessible by tearing up some landscaping, and tunneling in to the leak from the side of the drive way. It was wasting 1900 gallons a day. I could already see my water bill skyrocketing. They worked incredibly fast & resolved my issue within a day. I am grateful that honest businesses still exist, and stand by their work.

I was truly happy and extremely satisfied with the professionalism that SWE and their team exhibited when working on my sewage line. They were polite, respectful and communicated well at all times. The first quoted me that it would take 2 days but to my surprise they were able t do the work in 1 day. They continuously kept me informed on the progress that was being made. Nick and the team took care of my Situation quickly once I got off the phone with him like, literally felt like they where there, man that how quick his team Responded and got to my location.911 Response hands down. The Quickest response beyond of any sewer repair compay i have used in the passed,also very reasonable in price $$ and once the job was finished they checked up on me pretty much every day and came out to to my location, to make sure everything was A.OK, will be using there Sewer services forever.

Nick and his team did a super quick pipe-bursting job to replace a sewer line that hadn't been looked at since the house was built. He and his team were punctual, professional, and courteous.

Delayed our project for over 2 months because they couldn’t get approvals from the Water District. We paid a $2800 deposit that still has not been refunded! Email no longer is working either so the next next step is small claims court for the $2800 plus costs for the delay! Also reported to the BBB!
