One of my renters called on a holiday weekend that the power had gone off in the house with a refrigerator full of food.
I called Rising Sun Electric and the owner came out that evening and diagnosed the problem as a 200 amp main breaker that had failed.
He was able to get the house power and ordered the special part to save the day.
It’s one thing to call on a regular work day , but to get the owner to come out on a holiday weekend was very impressive.
