About 2 years ago, we decided to install solar panels and upgrade our main panel to 200A. Rising Sun Electrify was our contractor at that time. Per agreement, the crew would arrive to our residence at 7am and they showed up on time. They guaranteed that the whole job would be done in one day, including city inspection, and voila, it happened exactly like what they promised. By no mean, I am a licensed electrician, but with my engineering background, I did give Peter, the owner of the business a lot of tough questions. Peter was so surprised that but he answered all of my questions to my likings. His deep knowledges indicates that he knows every corner of the trade. I did climb to my roof to observe how the crew was working. I noticed that they pay a great care to their own safety and performed the job with great passion. At the end of the day, I walked through with Peter. The crew did an excellent job of patching and painting the stucco around the new main panel as if it was there for years. Everything was cleaned up properly. At the last minute, I know that Enphase did not provide the Wifi access point to the solar panel controller. Home owner has to pay extra for that. Peter suggested me not to waste few hundred bucks for that accessory, just need to run an ethernet cable from the controller to my wifi router. He even offered doing it the next day because it was quite late of the day. I really appreciate his courtesy, but I just say thanks to him. I could do that ethernet wiring by myself.

In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend Rising Sun Electrify if you need electrical services. You absolutely will feel happy about their job quality and professionalism.

They offer honest, fair pricing - the only reasonable quote out of 3 that I sought - and were communicative and timely throughout the whole process, including the post-installation county inspection. I was referred to Rising Sun through Enphase, the company that made the solar panels I used on my previous home. (I wanted to use Enphase equipment because it seemed solid, was not Tesla, and the company stood behind the warranty even after the original installer, Sunpower, went bankrupt).

Josephine at Rising Sun gave me a great analysis and the company was readily available and willing to work with my roofer to time solar jack installation so that they are completely waterproofed and now covered under my roof warranty.

COMMUNICATIONS: Excellent.----. my main contact was Josephine who came with her technician to my home and gave me estimate. her follow up and also answering text /email/phone was excellent
QUALITY: Excellent ---- very happy with their quality work , on time and fast installation and same time they went through all permit and inspections for me, means I was worried free for any inspections or permit.
Also they done very good job to label panel for me so nicely.
also i need to mention this company done patch and paint after installation, other 2 company they didn't support paint wall for me. they got exact match of my wall paint and done great job.
I will keep in touch with this company for my future project (Maybe solar)

Luis guided me through my issue with PG&E on a neutral wire issue and after conversing with Luis , PG&E came out twice after looking up the permit # from Alameda County and they fixed it !
All back to normal with the Generous knowledge of Luis ..........................Thank you Luis .

Awesome job start to finish! Had recessed lighting put in 4 bedrooms, hallway, and family room…. Was so pleased with their work quality, pace, cleanliness, and communication that I had them come back and update the rest of the lighting in the house! Would definitely recommend
