Desk help was good. A lot of products were not in stock for me.

Milwaukee has them as a warranty service location, I walk in and ask them a question. Then they push me to the side, 30mins go by. Then they finally help me and said sorry we can't service the m12 fuel hammer drill (in his words the small drill) . With no Explanation. Ok then what i don't understand is i show them the drill when I first got there. Why sit me to the side for 30mins if they can't help me
