Quick to respond, even late at night. Very attentive and quick to diagnose issue via FaceTime, and provide practical advice to repair.

I can't personally tell you about their electrical services but what I can tell you, One man used his LGM electric work truck to park in the handicapped crosshatched spacing, blocking me in my vehicle. I'm paraplegic. Tacky and unprofessional

We had two other people came out and could find the problems. Luis and his team came out and was able to restored the power for us again from wiring, patching and painting. Price is also reasonable. Thanks again.

Luis was GREAT! He was able to do my job in short notice, was very friendly and efficient! I highly recommend LGM, I'll be calling him I'm sure when I find more issues with my new place.

They did a bathroom exhaust fan installation, including the duct and vent to outside. Ernesto from the firm arrived on time, was professional and very courteous. They charged a flat rate and performed the work as we had discussed on phone earlier. My experience was pleasant and I would highly recommend them.

Working with the team at LGM was fantastic. They did a full upgrade and re wiring of my house which was quite extensive. They walked through each step/phase to make sure I was comfortable with the work being done and managed to do the work on time and on budget. It was amazing. Thank you LGM for the awesome work!

Luis and his team are amazing! They were quick to respond and easy to book. I had both a fan installed and a ring door bell and they did so in an hour or so. Charged me the price quoted. Luis is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely hire him again if I have any electrical needs.

LGM Electric Inc provided excellent work and backed it up with their warranty work which to me is a big plus! Their team are trustworthy and professional. I had electrical work needed done for a new LG tower washer dryer. He explains everything. I’m very happy with their work. They’re extremely busy so I had to adjust my delivery timing schedule , and it was worth the wait. I highly recommend their work.

These guys do excellent work. They just replaced an electrical subpanel at our house. They communicated thoroughly so we knew what to expect, did a super clean job, figured out what all the circuits did and labelled them. We are now waiting on PG&E to disconnect utility power so they can replace the main panel. Highly recommend.

We hired Hitek Electrical to replace the old main panel (fused), sub panel, add an EV charger, security camera, and an outdoor outlet to our old San Leandro home (built in 1951). They also were upgrading our service to 200A, so PG&E was involved.

Right out of the gate it was a good experience. They have a dedicated office manager that spoke fluent English (along with all of their employees) and was easy to communicate with. We quickly established a date for quotation.

On the quote date, Aurelio arrived on time and took note of all of my requests. He was able to accommodate my request of Square D QO panels (Made in USA) and the quote was provided on the same day as the visit. The quote was ~25% less than the other quote we had done by Fuse Services. Hitek made it clear that the installation would require 2-phases with no guaranteed timeline since the second phase was reliant on PG&E's scheduling.

Phase 1 was the installation of the main and sub panel equipment. Phase 2 was the PG&E transfer to our new main panel (200A) and the installation of the EV charger, outlet, and security camera.

Phase 1 occurred fairly quickly after hire. Only a few weeks were required to get the parts and installation was done in 1 day with a 2 man crew. After a month or two, PG&E confirmed they were ready for Phase 2 and the office manager scheduled a day to make the swap and complete the installation. Throughout these few months the office manager was communicative and answered any questions quickly. Phase 2 also only took 1 day to complete with a 1 man crew. They even threw in a new outlet for my garage door, so I didn't need an extension cable!

After Phase 2 I was having odd voltage fluctuations in the house. It ended up being PG&E's neutral connection at the pole. Pro-Tip: Have PG&E inspect your neutral connection at the pole when doing the meter swap.

The city inspector unfortunately required a change prior to permitting (recessed sub panel needed to be wall mount), but Hitek made the change for free. In all honestly I preferred the recessed panel, but you can't argue with city inspectors. After ~2 more weeks the work was re-inspected and passed.

My only complaint is that some interior drywall damage occurred during Phase 1 and Hitek would not repair it, and did not offer a deduct for the repair. I wish I would have known this prior to the work but the damage was minor and I could repair it on my own. Be sure to ask what the scope of coverage would be should damage be incurred during installation!

The wiring quality is immaculate in both panels. The stucco and wood work quality was good, but it's always hard to see new holes get drilled in your old home. However, everything was sealed up well and functional.

Throughout the whole experience Hitek was professional, on time, communicated well, and ended very close to their quoted cost.

Pictures show the old panels/electrical and the new work.

We scheduled everything with in less than a week, the first guy that came over to give us the quote was knowledgeable but only stayed for like 3 min. I told him what we wanted to get: replace ceiling fan, remove track lights and replace the switch. We got a quote within 15 min after he left. Seeing that we have a 12' ceiling, I didn't think the quote would be cheap, I was wrong, the quote was very reasonable.

We went ahead and went with the service, scheduling the project was very easy and their customer service was outstanding. I thought the same guy that did the quote was going to show up to do the work. Instead, it was another electrician, he was very professional, relatable and got to work right away. He was very friendly and answered all our questions and concerns.

I would highly recommend Hitek Electrical to anybody who has projects that need to be done. Overall, it was a great experience and only took a week from getting a quote to completing the project.

Just picked up a meter main breaker for $70 that no nearby supply shop carries anymore. SAVED ME THOUSAND!! I won’t have too replace entire 3 phase commercial meter panel. Check this place out before replacing everything if on a budget.

I'm not impressed at all. I find them terribly unprofessional, they don't give you the time of day. I've purchased here several times and every time has been the same. They treat you like you're a burden to them, very arrogant.

I've been doing business with this company for 30 years and Pat was a good friend of mine. They buy and sell a wide range of electrical items, parts, components and construction needs. Shop here first...

They don't have a inventory list in their position... Asked them if they could give me an idea of the specs. Gave me a price range and asked me to drive up there and walk on their yard to find what i like.
Then price was not what they told me on the phone. Gave the owner a chance to make it wright, but did not returned my email.
Be careful before you waste your time, expect other prices when you get there.

D and F liquidators in Hayward’s employee Roldan,
Backed up into my vehicle and ended up on top of my hood on 05/14/2021. (my vehicle was not moving I was behind him waiting in line at a car wash .) My teenage child was present in the front passenger seat.

I spoke with with Matt Lendl Who identified himself as the owner of the company that the vehicle was registered under and he agreed to payout the damages and reimbursement me for a rental car, he even gave the go ahead for the repair shop to purchase the parts and authorized me the same day 05/14/21 to obtain a rental car for which he stated via text message would reimburse me.

Then Matt reneged on payment for repairs and rental reimbursement and Roldan is now refusing to except full responsibility for the entire accident, even though my car was not moving at all.

I have several text messages of Matt authorizing said rental reimbursement and repairs to the auto body shop.

My child and myself sustained injuries and have obtained an attorney.

I am now burdened with trying to beg or take legal action to receive the thousands of dollars I spent out of pocket for property damages and rental reimbursement after being lied to by Mr. Matt Lendl of D and F liquidators.

Roldan should be terminated, he lied and said that an employee of the car wash where he backed up into my car told him to back up which I have received a written statement saying otherwise from the car wash. They have both been untruthful and dishonest.

The vehicle Roldan was driving was a humongous GMC sierra and was well equipped with a back up camera as acknowledged by Roldan after he back up on top of my car.

If a company can harm women and children they should not be trusted with your money and cannot be trusted to provide quality services or products.

They have zero integrity as individuals and as a company. This company poses a public safety risk and doesn’t keep their word.

Matt lied and initially was trying to avoid getting his insurance involved.

Very sketchy and dishonest behavior on behalf of both of these gentlemen.
