Same day got our furnace working immediately. Unfortunately for me they recognize the age of the furnace was a huge issue and would likely need to be replaced in the near term. But the repair person was very knowledgeable and got the furnace working. This was a Home warranty call and they immediately contacted me and got me on the schedule relatively quickly.

They have no clue how to do their job. A tech showed up 2 weeks after setting up appointment - what happened to Same Day? Then when he does show up, the AC worked for exactly one hour. Called again same tech come back. He hooks up something and it shows red lights he claims this wand condenser is bad. Need to replace. Then goes to my breaker and states breaker is bad. Need to upgrade to spec for $5,000. I asked if the breaker trips, don’t you need to find what’s causing it? No, it’s the breaker. Need to upgrade because my breaker is bad. They were supposed to schedule to replace condenser but no one contacted me. Don’t use their service. Spent more money to get second opinion. My breaker is fine. And up to code. He even asked me what the first tech do? Loose contact at the AC unit was causing breaker to trip. What a joke.

The Technician was right on schedule and very professional. I called for service for our wall heater and the Technician immediately recognized why it would not turn on. It was fixed in the blink of an eye. So far no problems and I am extremely grateful. Thanks, Hashem and Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating.

Very prompt service and good communication. When setting up the appointment, same day did a good job of understanding what repairs we needed and sending the right technician over. Technician was very professional, did a great job. There was full transparency of what was done and why with no hidden fees or surprises. Would recommend them!

The technician from MS company was prompt, professional, nice and courteous. He was very thorough with his fact finding. He continuously tested my system as he made his adjustments. He doubled checked the system to ensure it was functioning properly before departing.

Szaher was assigned and I had both an AHS claim and a personal one. He came to the house within hours of the dispatch being assigned and fixed both AC systems completely with parts on his vehicle. The technicians diagnosed the issue with our furnace. They repaired the problems quickly. They were honest and didn't try to do unnecessary repairs. A different company came before them to diagnose the problem. We were told, by the other company, that we would need to replace the whole unit for over $5000.00. Same Day Air Conditioning & Heating was able to repair the furnace and didn't try to take advantage of us.

Someday Heating & air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system yesterday. Their work was outstanding & beyond our expectations. The completion time was two hours less than estimated. We are completely satisfied & give them our highest recommendation.

UPDATE-Nate from Same Day did contact us. They offered to solve the issue with the undersized breaker which we had already taken care of ourselves. They have also offered to provide free duct cleaning which we did take them up on. While this is all reactive, we are glad that we were finally contacted. I would still be concerned with their installers and urge anyone to validate that the existing wiring and breakers align with any new units. I have updated our rating from a 1 star to a 3 star.

Same Day AC was contracted by our home warranty company to replace and upgrade our AC. Everything seemed to be going well until install day.
1-they showed up to install without an appointment. We have a duct cleaning scheduled for the day they arrived and "just decided" to add it to our appointment. We were not prepared and the entire install was chaotic.
2-after install we, as the homeowners, noticed that the unit required a 50amp breaker. They used our existing 30amp breaker causing the breaker to constantly trip. The installers and their boss that they called said that wasn't their problem.
3-we requested to speak to the original estimator who guaranteed there would t be any additional charges. We spoke to the office 3 times requesting a call back with zero response. Our warranty company also has made attempts to rectify with this company with no luck.
4-the contractor did not pull a permit which is required by our city. If they had, it would not have passed inspection. We have filed this complaint with our city as well.

This company clearly only cares about the sale and not the customer. I would not recommend using them for any service.

I can’t say enough good things about Sam. After another technician misdiagnosed my HVAC issue, rewired parts of my system without permission, and told me I needed to replace the entire control board, Sam came in and figured it out immediately. It was just a blown fuse.

He was fast, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. No upselling, no drama. Just honest, expert work that got my system running again within minutes. If you want someone who can actually fix the problem without making things worse, Sam is the person to call.

They were very helpful. Only issue I have is that they don't open on the weekends so sometimes in hot days here in the Bay Area, it can be difficult. However, they know what to do and do things quickly. I appreciate their work and experience.
