We went with precision Hvac to relocate our furnace and install new ac along with all new ducting . Bob was very professional and on time. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to look at my AC, which was making a sound. The technician did not show up and no one called. A few hours after our appointment I called and left a message, didn’t hear back. I few days later I called again, still didn’t hear back. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe something had happened. Ended up calling a different company, but thought this was extremely unprofessional.

Bobby and his team did a great job on a complete new furnace install at my house in San Francisco. They were on time, professional and to the point. I would do business with them again.

They came out quickly and on short notice to give the initial quote. Once the install was scheduled they showed up promptly and within a few hours they were finishing up. They are clean; area was left better then they found it. They also took the time and showed me how to use and maintain my mini split system.

Bobby was quick and efficient . He was helpful with advice and gave you all options. Once I accepted his bid the intallation was prompt. I checked 3 other bids and his was the best by far. Would use again and recomend him to my friends.

Found Bobby through a referral. Initially it was jus a cleaning for a wall heater, which he was able to schedule me in for last minute. He explained everything to me and gave me some recommendations for my heater maintenance also. Ended up needing to replace my old heater which I trusted Bobby to do. Quick and easy!

Our AC went out and Precision HVAC came the next day to fix the problem. We had some issues and they had to come back a couple of

Early last week, our floor furnace went belly up on us. Precision HVAC was recommended to us by our neighbor who is a real estate agent and had good experience with them. We called them and got an immediate response from Bobby Jones. Bobby and his colleague A.J. came out the next day and quickly assessed the situation. The main burner flame was rolling back into the cabinet, a potentially hazardous situation that necessitated a complete replacement of the unit. Bobby was able to locate a replacement unit, and the next day, he and A.J. installed it perfectly within two hours, just in time for the first big atmospheric river event of the year.

Bob showed up on time with all of his equipment and more. My electrician failed to complete all of the work necessary on his side. Bob took an extra trip to the hardware store to get all materials needed to complete the project. I didn’t even know that he was gone. I have been Union trades person for over 43 years and I have to say that it is always nice to work with true professionals! I would definitely recommend them and use them on my next project.
