Contacted ABC to fix a perma-flushing toilet. They kept me informed with notifications for appointment confirmation, reminder, technician dispatch, and completion.

Steve D identified the problem right away as a broken fill valve, picked up a replacement from a nearby Home Depot (Kohler parts are all non-standard), and came back and installed it, all in under 2 hours. It now runs better than it did before the breakage. While he was here he also gave me some tips on how to keep the fixtures running smoothly and avoid similar problems in the future.

ABC Cooling and Heating is definitely the way to go. These guys know what they are doing, they are hardworking and professional - and considerate of their client's space.
I feel so fortunate that I had Allan and Joel assigned to me! They were just fantastic. My mini-split installation posed some tricky installation problems, but they just stuck with it and got it done.
ABC has been around for a long time and their employees seem to stick with them for a number of years.
Jeff Cecchin who came out for the initial proposal was also great, very experienced and patient too.

Abc cooling came and was able diagnosed my ac problem very quickly. However, I felt that they charge a very high price for replacing a capacitor. $459. Was told that diagnosis can not continue without first for me to agree to put in a new capacitor to start up the ac. I agreed since I was to get the ac working asap. I later checked with other reputable repair companies and found that the other chargers around $250-$300 to diagnose and replace a capacitor. So I felt The pricing of abc cooling is high for changing capacitor.

I had a brand new heat pump central air system (no carbon) installed by their team. System is amazing, great service and communication, they have options that make nest seem stone age! I just had my one year service done (free) and their technical staff were amazing and timely!

Keith with ABC Cooling, Heating and Plumbing was awesome. I've had an on and off issue with my kitchen sink clogging up several times over the last 5 years and have had non-professional people fixing it. I finally had enough and decided that it was time to get a professional and contacted ABC. Keith knew exactly what to do, what to look for and he fixed the problem. Most importantly, he taught me how to prevent issues and problems from re-occurring in the future and we worked on the issue together. Very thankful for Keith. During this time of COVID-19, he came prepared with booties over his work boots as well as a mask and kept it on the entire time. Thank you so much Keith. I will definitely refer you and your company ABC, if there's anyone looking for a plumber.

I first heard of ABC in 2011, when I signed up for the Energy Upgrade California program. They replaced my HVAC equipment, including installing new ductwork. I was so pleased with the work they did and the professionalism of the company that I have had them back to do other jobs, such as wrapping my hot water pipes. I also signed up for them to do the twice-yearly maintenance on the heating and air conditioning units. I have other companies do maintenance checks, including a free one a couple of years ago, and none of them are as thorough as ABC. Their invoice includes all the checks that were done and the readings.

Pierre came by on time, was very knowledgeable, serviced all the critical elements, and installed a surge protector upgrade which would protect my furnace in the future. Every year I am impressed by ABC and would highly recommend this company and their furnace line.

Bruce arrived early in the time window, which was helpful, and greeted me and introduced himself. He inspected the heater and thermostat and quickly diagnosed the problem - the pilot generator. He had the part in his truck and replaced it and the heater worked normally and has continued to do so. He handled every aspect of the job in a professional and friendly manner. I would be pleased to have him do work for me in the future.

Sal from ABC came out today to check our noisy furnace (turned out to be an inducer motor gone bad). He was on time, very nice, explained what was going on, and arranged to replace the part. The office also managed to squeeze us into the schedule during a busy (Winter) season, which we also appreciate.

My parents and my sister have also gotten heaters and A/C units from ABC and we're always had good service from them. So, thumbs up!

I've had a lot of bad service the last few years. And it was a relief to FINALLY have service that was, not only good, but GREAT.

My AC died suddenly in the middle of the night with the next day being one of a set of 100 degree days. Our technician, Justin, called on his way to my home, arrived on time, got straight to work after greeting me and identifying himself. He walked me through his findings, explained a few things about my AC unit that I did not know (like that it had a timed delay before turning on..something that annoyed me greatly and made me think something was wrong when it wasn't!) and got the unit working again quickly on a very hot day when other companies told me it would be 3 weeks before they could come look at it! (no way!!)

Justin also was very kind and went above and beyond the call of duty to help show us how to find and clean the awful...beyond awful...filter on our furnace. Being from the south, I've never had a furnace....and the home owners before us swore up and down that there were no air filters to change in the house. I knew this had to be wrong. I asked Justin if he could help me figure this out since it had been 2 years and no filter changes... He was more than happy to help me! He cheerfully searched and found none inside the home...then found the terrifying green "mat"...that was the so called "filter" inside our furnace! He washed it for us with the hose and replaced it in the furnace but then let me know how to properly replace it for a more healthy air quality. We went shopping for a proper filter that afternoon!

He absolutely could have told me "Ma'am I'm sorry I only came here for the AC...I've got to get to another appointment" or "you have to make another service call for a filter check" or any other number of excuses. But he said he'd be glad to help me and did! I can't thank Justin enough for the cool air and the better air quality. Already my son has stopped coughing at night! Thank you!!!

Greg C was on time, punctual, thorough and professional. He also came back to fix couple of minor issues with a smile and had zero complaints and we appreciated his work of cleaning up after the issue was fixed.

This is our first experience ever needing a HVAC tech/company. Our heater went out after a power outage. I googled an they came up with the highest reviews. Called them and they had wonderful customer service. Got me set up with in the week. Gave me a call to let me know when the tech was close an sent an email with a pic. We had Bill S, he was wonderful and super understanding of our large dogs excitement lol. Bill showed us around our heater an complete his diagnostic. He was very knowledgeable and taught us some stuff! He was honest about what it would range in cost to repair vs replacing. He kept notes in case we called the company back. He was wonderful to work with an I hope if we ever need another HVAC tech we get Bill.

ABC sold us an a/c system and have serviced it twice a year since. They are friendly helpful and knowledgeable. We have not had any problems with our system, and they make sure we don't. ABC Cooling, Heating & Plumbing has been watching over my HVAC systems for many years, keeping them in good working order and preventing problems before they occur. Two visits a year - winter for the furnace and summer for A/C. Office staff and technician are all courteous and professional. Very pleased and will continue to utilize their services.

Super as always. Been a customer for over 15+ years. ABC techs always prompt courteous and very capable. Had new HVAC installed over 3 months ago. Everything excellent. Needed filter cleaned. Heater service for coming winter. All done in a reasonable amount of time. Super service as always.

I had my spring service today from ABC Cooling Heating & Plumbing and the customer service I received was great. Twoleaf, the technician, was very friendly, asked me if I had any questions before he started, and explained that I would eventually need a new 'Capacitor' but allowed me to decide when I wanted it fixed. I told him to fix it today, which he did. He did not have the part on his truck but was willing to go to another city to get one and return back to complete the job. I can't believe that he was willing to do that for me so I wouldn't have to call for another appointment. Now days it's hard to find this type of customer service. This is why I have been a long time customer of theirs.

ABC Heating and Cooling installed a heating and cool system in our house 12 years ago. We have had them come twice a year to do a maintenance on the system. We have always been very happy with the service and the technicians. We continue to recommend ABC to all our friends and family.

I had a tankless hot water heater and a new furnace installed by ABC. Their guys are friendly knowledgeable professionals that arrive on time and finish on time. The communication and responsiveness was great all through both processes of replacing the hot water tank with a tankless system and replacing old furnace. My old leaky hot water tank and furnace just seemed to magically disappear. That was wonderful!

From the initial sales call to the final clean up I was completely satisfied. They took the time to explain how the work process would unfold and explained the operation of the hot water heater and furnace.

In short, I would highly recommend this company.

Sal came by before the appointment time which I truly appreciated. He was very professional and walked me through all the maintenance activities. We had ABC install our AC over a year ago and have been happy with their services and product!

Thomas did a great job adjusting dampers on our ducting to balance the heat in the rooms in our home. While he was here he noticed a small leak in the drain leading from our furnace and quickly found and fixed the problem. Great service with a great attitude. Highly recommend Thomas and ABC.
