Our technician was very honest and knowledgeable. He listened to
our concerns and noticed problem by us. He investigated the problem, took pictures and discussed his findings. He also provided some possible solutions. He was genuine pushy and left
any solutions to be our decision. I felt very comfortable with this
technician.

Giovanni was very professional, thorough, kind, and patient. He was also very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all my questions and was able to quickly resolve my plumbing concern. Kyle was professional, meticulous, and incredibly knowledgeable, ensuring my system continues to perform perfectly. The heat pump has been flawless since installation efficient, reliable, and keeping my home comfortable year round. I also signed up for their twice a year maintenance program, which services the AC side for summer and the heating side for winter. This plan is crucial for maintaining the manufacturer’s warranty and gives me peace of mind knowing my system is in top shape. Bell Brothers quality and service are unmatched, and Kyle’s expertise made this visit outstanding. Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs! I’ll be getting the Radiant barrier installed for my attic next. I know this will help keep our home more comfortable and our utility bill in check.

Kyle was prompt, friendly, and professional. He inspected our heating system, explained what he found, and answered our questions.
Eric inspected our water heater and explained that the minor problem we were having were a sign that it was nearing the end of its useful life. He gave us an option for repairing it but that didn't seem like a good idea. He recommended a replacement, drove to two different dealers to locate it, removed our old one and installed the new one. He also explained the updated codes that affected the installation.

Sal my service tech was awesome. I bought a Lennox variable speed motor furnace from Bell Brother’s 13 months ago. Ran it for the rest of the winter and when I tried again as the weather got cold found the blower motor was shot. Took 2 very cold weeks to get the part. Communication with HQ was pretty weak, but as usual the field guy did a great job. Sal get a 10/10. Bell Brothers gets a 7.5/10 for poor communication only. I was pretty grumpy after 2 weeks of a 53 degree house.

The technician was fantastic. He was very thorough and explained everything he did. He took his time and was in no rush. I give 4 stars because of scheduling mess up. I was given a 12 o’clock appointment. Received 2 texts confirming it. By 12:30 no one had showed up. I called. Was told that my appointment window is 2-4! Technician showed up at 4.

Ruben has been servicing our furnace for many years now. He's friendly, efficient and he wears his booties when he comes. I've had other technicians who did not wear booties to cover their shoes.

Very professional worker. Wore covers on his shoes to avoid bringing dirt into my home and made suggestions to increase the effectiveness of my furnace. Would recommend to family and friends.I did not have to pay for this visit.

Before commencing he took all of the time necessary to listen to all of our concerns and then explained in detail how he would address each issue so that we could approve each step. The work performed was completed in an efficient and timely manner and the work quality was excellent. He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very professional. Giovanni easily deserves all 5 stars. (Thank you again Giovanni ... we truly appreciate you!)

David was very polite very informative showed me pictures that he took of everything he did. I love this ever since I got my heater. They’ve come out once a year and maintenance it and it runs so beautiful heats up my house instantly I love it and I love the Bell Brothers. I even had them come out and do some plumbing, very professional.

Our tenant at Albany, CA requested an inspection to the central heating unit located under the house. Raul Murillo & Ruben Aguayo came to the property. They were extremely thorough, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
They did a complete inspection including checking the temperature at each vent and conveyed the information to the tenant to assure her that the unit was running properly.
I highly recommend them and would certainly call them again when needed.

Many years ago I found a good company which installed a Trane gas furnace which replaced an older heating unit that finally gave up after 30+ years of service. That company is now gone and Bell Brothers, Hayward took over where the other retired. After a valiant effort by Bell Brothers to repair the Trane which was over 25 years old, it was decided to replace the unit with a new 2025 Lennox. Many parts for the Trane were no longer available and - as these units go - it was time for change. The new Lennox is even more efficient, quieter and Bell Brothers did some slight modifications to make it fit right in to the old ducting and saved money in doing so. It was decided that I would extend the warranty and the “In home” yearly service to my wishes and all is working well and giving me great peace of mind. Thank you Bell Brothers for taking care of my special needs in a professional and creative manner. It will be a great advantage to work with you in the future. M & R - Oakland, CA.
