I had atleast 5 other estimates from different HVAV companies but Villquin had the best price and the BEST customer service. They installed a Mitsubishu heat pump and it immediately beat my expectations. I would highly recommend Villquin Air Services to anyone looking to install a heat pump or any other HVAC needs!

Villquin Air Services is an old-fashioned service business in the best sense: show up and get it done with no fuss. For years, we dreaded changing out an old gravity furnace with asbestos-covered ducts. This hulk dominated a large basement space. An architect friend recommended Beto and Luis unreservedly. They quickly gave an estimate, were very clear about the approach, arranged the certified removal of the ducts by another contractor and worked until 6:30 pm one Friday to make sure we had heat over the weekend. The modern furnace they installed provides better heat than the wasteful hulk. Villquin removed non-asbestos covered metal and cleverly re-routed a gas line from where it crazily crossed the room at an angle, leaving us with much more usable space. In all, there was zero BS and no over complication, excuses or bluffing. They kept their word to a "T." [We also kept our word by clearing stuff out of the space on time, which took several hours longer than we had thought]. It was an absolute pleasure having Villquin do this job for us. Years later, Villquin has kept up maintenance and has responded to a couple of shutdowns of the system (failed pump, mfg fault; overloaded air filter, homeowner's fault) asap. Still highly recommended!

The heat that has been going on recently a working AC is definitely needed, their ability to speak spanish as well was great because of my family members who can’t really speak english that well. Beto was very thorough in their answers to questions my husband asked. He took the time to give me a complete rundown of their plans did the same for my husband. They moved the timeline for installation up to accommodate my husband's anticipated surgery schedule.

The associates arrived on time and took care to make sure the job was done right. They were very professional, courteous, and respectful to me and my family. They cleaned areas where the work was done. The lead installer returned, after the installation, to make sure the heater calibrated itself and fine tuned the equipment. Villquin replaced our 25-year old Aircon and 15-year old gas furnace with a Gree heat pump unit that does both in January of 2024. Luis and his team were thoughtful about the installation design at the planning stage. They were on-time, courteous and clean during the construction stage. They completed the job and passed inspections as they had promised. The system has been running well this winter and I expect that it will do just as well in the hot summer months. I would highly Villquin without hesitation.

Luis helped set us up with a new Heat pump from Gree in our home in San Ramon. The quotes were very competitive and the installation process of removing old furnace/AC and replacing with Heat pump was fast. I got quotes in mid July and install in couple of weeks. The units been working good as AC in summer and have been recently using in Winter and seems to be ok ( Heatpumps are supposedly more slower, but seems my 30 year old gas furnace wasn't that efficient so for me the Heat pump performance is acceptable in Winter)

The only nit pick in the process would be about the permitting , which seems as they were busy were in back burner and seems after city & Villquin back and forths took till December to complete.

Luis was great with communication & clearly explaining details on the return path and efficiency etc. I would definetly work with them again.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They are prompt concerning appointments. They go about their work quickly and quietly and clean up afterwards completely. When contacted, they provide services efficiently and respond the phone calls as quickly as can be expected. We have recommended their services to friends and family and are proud to do so.

Great services and were willing to come out in the weekend to do emergency repair during the heat wave. We are so grateful for the A/C working again when it is 100F outside.
