We had 3 mini split units installed in our condo and AJ, Luis and the team did a great job on the project. They provided everything needed for us to submit for approval from our HOA and once we got approved to move forward they were able to schedule the job to start the following week and complete it in 3 days. From the start to finish they were great to work with, answered all our questions, had great pricing and would definitely recommend them if you’re considering an AC installation in your home.

We got quotes from at least 9 different HVAC companies in the area and Villquin was the most experienced in their craft, high quality, professional to work with and overall amazing! Villquin Air Services were amazing! Super responsive, professional, organized and very reasonable pricing. They installed a heat pump after my natural gas furnace died. They went above and beyond in moving all the permits and processes along and even staying late and working through a rain storm to complete the job since we had no central heating! Would recommend without hesitation!

I was recommended Villquin by a friend for a remodel project I was doing on my home and I had a great experience with them from start to finish. Luis came out and gave me an estimate and was very professional. He was very responsive and came when he said he would, which when you're doing construction is not the norm sadly. The standard of work was excellent and I have since recommended Villquin to a family member and they're having the same good experience so far as I did.

I agreed with them (AJ) to vacuum the air lines of a newly installed split unit for $120, but when Luis arrived on site, he tried to offer me additional services but I turned them down because the unit is new. Luis then changed the rate from $120 to $250. I offered $220, but he said to find another person to do it.
Unfortunately, he wasted both of our times and left me disappointed with his undelivered service

If you are looking to get your HVAC upgraded and a new one installed , please save yourself your health, time, money and go find a different company. We picked Villquin since their quote was a tad more reasonable than others, but what a mistake that turned out to be. Our home was perfectly fine with an older HVAC , with no issues whatsoever until these guys showed up. They did what they called the installation in '2-3' days, did zero checks to ensure that the Air quality was good, and walked off. A week later, my son and husband started coughing after which we could rushed and bought an Air quality monitor and to our alarm , the monitor said that it was at "Very Unhealthy" levels. These guys came back , said there were few things they missed and went up and down the attic and AC fixing things. Even after this, the issue persisted and we had to move out of our home to an Airbnb to avoid further exposure to the dust being spewed out of the vents. They returned again, and said that our ducts need to be cleaned (we had it inspected by another company who confirmed that this should not be causing the issue of this much dust spewing out). They refused to refund anything for all the issues they caused and insisted that they would need to clean ducts further to solve the problem. Our son who has never had allergies before, is now down with a chronic dry cough due to this, as confirmed by the doctor's letter to this company.
As of today, we have turned off the entire HVAC (even that wouldn't work properly with the horrendous install they did), and are using regular fans after paying 20K to this company. Zero trust to have them enter our home again.

In summary, spare yourself of this trouble, and do NOT hire these guys. There are many better HVAC companies around.

My experience of Villquin Services is excellent. From the beginning of the heating problem , Adalberto was quick to come to my house, diagnose the issue and offer 2 options to take care of the heater. And the issue was solved in a matter of days! No more cold nights. He is friendly, professional, efficient and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

Hiring Villquin Air Services was one of the best decisions we've made for our home improvement project.
Very few HVAC companies are familiar with make-up air intake systems, as they're not commonly installed in residential homes. However, they're extremely important—especially when using kitchen exhaust fans. Every time you cook and run the fan, it pulls air from wherever it can, including your central air system, which may contain gas.
Our issue was that dust would blow out of our fireplace whenever we cooked. The solution was to install a make-up air intake system, and Luis, the technician from Villquin, was incredibly knowledgeable about it. He explained the process thoroughly, so we understood exactly what was being done. Once the job was finished, he even showed us pictures of the installation in our crawlspace.
We were very impressed with Luis—he was skilled, honest, and clearly took pride in his work, which is rare these days. He gave us a fair and affordable price upfront, with no attempts to upsell or overcharge us.
Because of the excellent work he did, we hired them again for additional services: duct and vent cleaning, a furnace tune-up, and installing ducting in our crawlspace for both the washer/dryer vent and the kitchen range hood.
We trust Villquin Air Services completely. They’ve proven to be honest, safety-conscious, and reliable. We will definitely continue using them for all of our HVAC needs.

He fixed the leak and refrigerant problem and basically re installed the split air indoor unit. Only negative is the unit is not mounted tightly on the wall leaving gaps in between. Overall, good experience with Villquin Air Svcs. Will not hesitate to use their services again.
