ABC has been taking care of our heating and air conditioning needs for years and today Bill S. came out and was outstanding. He gave me a recommendation for filters and was very pleasant as are all ABC staff.
Sal is the Service Manager for HVAC and is excellent as well.

We couldn't figure out why we couldn't open the door to change the filter after this company installed a new HVAC a couple years ago. Tech was on time, professional, and wore a face mask and shoe covers. Quickly diagnosed the problem, and showed us how to work the new latch his colleague had installed. Cut and installed a new filter that we can now maintain ourselves. Very reasonable price for house call in Concord.

ABC came out to give me a bid to replace my furnace. Mike explained everything to me very thoroughly. Even though his bid was a bit higher than 2 other bids I got, I went with ABC because of rave reviews from several friends who had ABC replace their furnaces. ABC couldn't come out to replace my furnace for 2 weeks but Mike arranged for ABC to repair my furnace at no additional cost to me. People and businesses with that kind of integrity are the ones with whom I like to do business!

ABC Heating & Plumbing has serviced my two homes for over ten years and done a great job. I have a home office so this involved more than residential comfort, their service kept me in business. Very customer oriented, the staff went way out of their way to get parts on a warranty claim and install a new motor just a few days before the house went on the MLS. Highly recommended!

ABC was able to come out and fix my furnace within a few hours of my call. (good thing since it is Very cold out and we had no heat) Sal was polite and informative. He was able to fix the problem of today and explain what/ why our very old system was doing what it was doing. I felt he was upfront and honest.... not trying to sell me (although I do need a new system). I would call again if I need HVAC service.

We had a good experience dealing with ABC cooling. They moved our appointment up a day, which happens to be July 4th--unexpected but pleasant surprise. Justin shows up in the middle of our 4 hour appointment. He diagnosed the problem, asked for authorization and repaired within 1 hour. He also checked both units for refrigerant levels as requested without complaining. The staffs are courteous. This review is for service only because we did not shop for price.

We recently had a new water heater installed by ABC Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. They came highly recommended and we are so glad we called them. Angel and his assistant Gabe did a fantastic job installing our water heater. Kudos to ABC for sending such a meticulous, organized, and efficient plumber to help us out. He and Gabe both wore protective shoe coverings and also cleaned up so well that it was like they were never there. We will be recommending ABC to all our friends and family for any plumbing or HVAC needs. Thanks again!!!

Our old (1996) air conditioner stopped working when temperatures were starting to get into the 90's this summer, of course. It couldn't break when it was in the 80's. Anyway, we got an appointment with ABC Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing for the very next day! Tyler came out and knew immediately it was the capacitor. He fixed it promptly, was very polite, and had us back in cooler air very quickly. Great service! Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience. Jeff quoted and sold the system and then had a fantastic group of guys install it. Was supposed to take 5 days but took 4. Expensive system but competitively priced. There may have been guys to sell and install for a bit less, but the follow through from Jeff was first class. I liked it so much that I decided to do a second system for my office. Almost $20k more...but I bet it will be just as high quality a job. Everyone was nice, clean and in spite of the heat...wore masks. Highly recommend these guys!

Steven was a pro diagnosing the float switch had tripped. He was fast professional and used booties over his shoes which I truly appreciated. It's worth getting your new unit with ABC as they service their units very well under the warranty plan. I highly recommend them!

Pro tip: get your replacement in the late winter and spring when no one else is. It will save you money

I have been without heating for almost two days. A contractor was booked. Today I had Justin, a service tech come to my home for the service call. He was less than 30 minutes and the problem was found to be a loose wire. Justin had been here recently to diagnose and fix another unrelated problem. Since the time interval was short since the last service call today was called, warranty repair at no charge to me.
I trust this tech and he treats me with honor and respect. Clearly my experience was head and shoulders above the rest. Justin and ABC, Cooling, Heating & Plumbing you have shown me and my family how professionals work. I sincerely thank you. James in San Lorenzo

Eli from ABC came to inspect the heating & cooling system in the condo. He is very friendly, polite, clearly very knowledgeable, and professional. He checked out the whole system, performed some troubleshooting, and confirmed that the thermostat had failed and needed to be replace. Repair/replacement was done quickly, and the results are great. Very well done - very satisfied with the experience.

ABC Cooling Heating & Plumbing responded promptly to inspect and repair our furnace. The serviceman was quite friendly and competent. When we learned that we were covered by a protection agreement with Sears we informed ABC that we could not proceed further. ABC understood and did not press us further. I liked that. The ABC charge for inspection was reasonable and I was happy to pay it.

ABC Cooling, Heating & Plumbing/HVAC & Plumbing was awesome from the initial phone call. The lady who answered the phone call on a weekend, was reassuring, professional, and immediately sent me an email as promised.
An email was sent to inform us what time Steve was going to arrive with his picture so we would know who would be doing the work!
The website sites Steve Delaney as a plumbing doctor! He is absolutely that! If i could rate him with 10 stars I would! He knew what the problem was, explained it in layman terms, and went to Home Depot to show what type of toilet would be best suited for our home. The price was VERY reasonable for the service he did. He never 'cut corners" did his job above and beyond any service person I have ever experienced! I have had my home for 47 years so I have experienced several service people.
I highly recommend this company for any of your needs. You will NOT be disappointed!

ABC installed 2 heaters in our home 3 years ago in attic and basement. Installation was done while we were away, and we came home to find heaters working perfectly and everything neat and tidy. Over a year later the upstairs heater stopped working. ABC came out right away and found a blown fuse which was repaired free of charge even though we were outside of the one year warranty. We have just had our first service to prepare for the winter. The technician arrived on time, spent a good 20 minutes with each unit to check it out for safety and performance, replaced filters, and then spent more time answering my questions about different options for heating and cooling. He was knowledgable, efficient and personable. I took advantage of the ABC Guardian Maintenance Plan which covers annual maintenance on 2 units as well as discounted repairs if needed and priority scheduling. Very pleased with service.

I first discovered ABC at a home show several years ago. They impressed me because they gave me far more useful information that any other company I talked too.
I had them in to replace my old furnace. They did a great job including removing asbestos. The city inspection revealed no problems. About two years later I asked them to add an A/C unit. That too went smoothly. Soon after that my water heater started leaking. I was thinking, who can I get to fix this and do a good job? I wish ABC did plumbing. I thought I should give them a call, and sure enough they were able to do that for me too. I had called a couple of other companies but their prices were ridiculous. From now on I won't bother to call anyone else.

ABC Cooling & Heating replaced our heater several years back. We were happy with the professionalism & service we received during that process. Also, we have had several maintenance check ups (for heating & a/c system) and have been very satisfied with the service provided. I highly recommend this company - their employees are top notch.

ABC helped me out when I needed someone to look at my noisy AC unit since the company that installed it and had been servicing it, no longer valued me as a customer (3 week wait time just to come out at all!!). They came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. My service Tech Eli was great. Was VERY thorough, explained what he was doing, explained how the unit works, etc and finally what the issue was. He got right on the phone to have a replacement part ordered so I would have minimal down time. To be honest everyone I spoke to at ABC was great. The phone was always answered promptly and Michele's follow up with my replacement part was also excellent. VERY GOOD TEAM and I highly recommend them.

This company was super friendly from the moment I called them. My heater broke on what feels like the coldest week ever and I jumped on Yelp to look for help. I found this company and was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days later. I got a time slot for my appointment and an email with the picture and profile of the technician who would be coming. Tyler was our technician and he was very friendly and professional working on our 18 year heater!!! He was able to identify and fix the problem on the spot. He was also very fast and within minutes I could feel the heat in my house again. I can’t say thank you enough!! This is a great company and I highly recommend them!

Our furnace/ heater been out of service for a few days. I called several companies but could not get a quick response. I called ABC cooling and heating and the representative who answered the phone was very polite and professional. She was able to squeeze me in same day.
Bill S, the service tech came in within the timeframe. Also very polite and knowledgeable. He discuss the process before he started the job. He immediately found the issue and resolved it to our satisfaction. Although he have to come back to replace the broken part that ordered, he made sure that the furnace was working right and we are comfortable. Service well done, keep it up and kudos to your people.

Justin came promptly after call well within the time window. He was very knowledge and respectful of my needs. I was very pleased of the maintenance on our furnace. ABC Cooling has worked with us for many years and I recommend them highly!
