I recently purchased a home that didn’t have an AC system, only swamp coolers, which were extremely loud. After reaching out to several companies, I found Bobby from Precision HVAC to offer the most reasonable price. Since my home didn’t previously have an AC system, they needed to run vents to each room. The installation was flawless every cut was clean, and I didn’t need to make any drywall repairs. Bobby and his team did a fantastic job setting up the outdoor unit, especially considering they did this work during the summer heat, which made the attic very uncomfortable. I really appreciate their hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend Precision HVAC for anyone in need of reliable, quality service.

I feel very lucky to have been referred to Precision HVAC for help with my AC and my water heater! After examining my AC, Bobby very clearly explained his findings to me (a leak in the coil) and offered options on dealing with a broken AC. My water heater had been taking forever to generate hot water and after examining it, he also noticed a gas leak in my 29 year old water heater. On following week Bobby and his assistant, AJ, made quick work of removing the old water heater and installing a new one which works perfectly. I can’t recommend Precision HVAC highly enough!

After experiencing a bad service call for a furnace problem a day before by another company, I called Precision HVAC and Bobby was able to come by as his last appointment on Saturday.
Most of the things that the previous company told me was confirmed by Bobby to be inaccurate.
However, since my furnace was 25 years old, I didn't see the benefit of "putting a band aid" by starting to replace old part and waste money.
I wanted to have the peace of mind of having a new furnace with warranty.
I opted into buying a new furnace from Bobby and the Furnace was installed first thing on Monday morning.
The install was fast and everything was insulated from top to bottom and looks much nicer than before.
Bobby was prompt, nice, and professional.

I would highly recommend Precision HVAC Heating & Air Conditioning for any services they provide. Bobby and AJ are skilled professionals that take pride in their work, are reliable, and straight up great guys. It was obvious that both Bobby and AJ enjoy what they do! They replaced my furnace which also entailed removing the access door framing. They replaced the framing with new materials and caulked the seams like the original framing. I was in the trades so I know what a good contractor is. You won’t be disappointed if you chose Precision!

Quick response - called them after 5pm on a Labor Day holiday, local temps over 100 degrees and we needed a fast fix - they came the next day, replaced some components and we had AC back that afternoon.

Cody did a great job predicting what the problem was and fixed it accordingly in a timely manner. He was very friendly, proficient, and respectful.

Very pleasant experience working with Artisan Air. Not only are their prices fair, the company's customer service is world class and their workmanship from everything I see is superb. Would highly recommend. We ended up getting 3 or 4 different quotes but we're so glad we went with Artisan. You won't be disappointed!

Definitely recommend! Our AC was out and we had no idea why. I called (and didn't get an answering machine!!) and was pleasantly surprised at the great service. I called 1:49pm, he was available & came in 30mins fortunately for me, and was able to figure out the problem fast! Our fuse (I think it's called) needed to be replaced. He let me know our filter also needs to be changed and from the initial call to him leaving after fixing and checking everything, it was within an hour! We got to enjoy a cool house with this 90+ degree weather to everyone's relief. Saved the card and details because we will definitely be calling again should we have any issues with the HVAC system.
