Artisan Air replaced the cooling coils in our furnace/AC. They were on time, performed the installation with good quality, were very professional and reasonable pricing.

Will use the again for future repairs.

Artisan installed a Honeywell Fresh Air Ventilator & Lennar Air Cleaner a few months ago for our first floor HVAC system. We were so pleased with the work that we opted to have Cody and his team return to install a similar system for our second floor. Artisan was diligent in their work and the equipment was professionally installed with great attention to detail. At the end of the project the Artisan team left our house in pristine condition. Because of the exceptional service, we'll be using Artisan for annual maintenance of our HVAC systems.

My A/C unit blow out warm air when it was set to cool mode. So I called Artisan Air. They came to diagnose the unit and found out the thermostat went bad. After I received a thermostat replacement they came to do the installation. During the whole process they showed their professionalism. Artisan people are very friendly. They explained every step they did. I highly recommend their service.

I've been using this company for a few years to do yearly tune-ups on our furnace.

The owner has helped me do some troubleshooting on my own without charging me a dime. They are honest, courteous and fast.

I could not recommend the artisan team more. They were extremely professional, did quality work, were on time and left my garage cleaner than when they started. Seems to be a small family owned business with a high level of integrity. If you are considering an ac install I think theyre awesome. There was an unexpected issue during the install and they came back and fixed it ASAP. Great company!

I love these guys. They reached out a year after installing our furnace to do a free check up. I trust them wholeheartedly. I asked them to wear masks as we are still covid cautious and we didn't even have to remind Ed when he arrived. Truly think this is an amazing family owned business. As the daughter of a general contractor, I have high expectations for good work and these guys absolutely do just that.

After reading reviews, I only picked Artisan Air Heating & Cooling because I felt he was honest and experienced. I contacted him and Cody responded same day. Unfortunately, he was booked that week so I responded that I was willing to wait for him even though it was very cold at nights.Then he responded that he’ll squeeze me in that week. He squeezed me in so I didn’t have to wait a week because he didn’t want me to freeze. My heater was only blowing cold air and wouldn’t stop!
He was able to show me my burnt parts and replaced it. But heater was running hot which caused the original burning of part. He got it going where I was getting heat and solved my cold air heater problem. Most technician might have walked away to next job because technically heater fixed and blowing hot air. But not him. He puzzled over it and discovered I had a super dirty “washable filter” that was struck in there for years since I brought house! Now there is more warm air flow through the vents making the house cozier and warm! He was very reasonable and honest by not just getting heater to work but to prevent future overheat of parts. Thanks Cody!

Artisan Air Heating and Cooling is a top notch company. Called for a diagnostic on our old forced air heater and was scheduled, , diagnosed and repaired all within 3 hours while being reasonably priced. Thank you Cody!!

We used Cody at Artisan Air as a second opinion. The first heating company came and recommended that we replace our furnace as it wasn’t putting out heat for a cost of $16k. Cody came in and diagnosed the issue as a clogged exhaust pipe due to all the rain and mud. Needless to say I would have been out a lot of money for a furnace that I didn’t need. I will definitely use Cody and Artisan air in the future.

Artisan Air came as soon as I called them, when no one else would! He was polite and professional! Got my air back running in no time. Not to mention inexpensive! I Love you guys!! Thank you bunchs......😁

Great experience hiring Artisan Air to fix my AC issue. Ed, the technician, was courteous and thorough in his checks, and got the broken compressor fixed very quickly and worked with the manufacturer to get the replacement part covered under warranty. Highly recommended!

Cody and company just finished replacing our old gas furnace with a heat pump system. Everybody on his team was friendly, courteous, and professional, and they place a high value on ensuring that you are comfortable and happy with both the process and the results. This was a four day job, and every morning I received at least one phone call when they were on the way to give me an expected arrival time. While they were here, they did their best to minimize disruptions, and also made it a point to thoroughly clean when they finished up every single day.

Cody also goes the extra mile in other respects. For example, our home needed asbestos abatement before the job could properly begin and Cody arranged this for us (if we had gone with another company we would have had to arrange this ourselves). Likewise, he stays up to date with all of the potential rebates that you qualify for based on your location and takes care of all the paperwork to minimize any hassle or delays. Other companies I spoke with were aware of some of the rebates but not nearly to the same extent, and it was apparent that they would not be as helpful with the paperwork side of things.

Overall I would highly recommend Artisan for your HVAC needs.

I recently had my AC unit, furnace and all ducting replaced in my home by Artisan Air. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Cody came by and did a thorough job checking the existing units and duct work both below the home and in the small attic crawl space prior to giving an estimate (which came in significantly lower than the other company I had come look at it.) He then coordinated the asbestos removal and he and his crew came in and did an awesome job replacing and installing everything! I can't recommend Artisan Air enough!

Today was just my annual HVAC maintenance but I have used Artisan Air since Levine went out of business. This company, from owner Cody, to service tech Ed, is top notch! I previously had them remove and install all my duct work including moving one of the air intakes from next to the kitchen to the dining room and what a difference that makes! They also discovered several “issues” from when the system was initially installed and fixed them immediately.

We contacted Artisan Air for A/C system installation on top of our existing Furnace and duct due to their 5-star yelp review. We were able to get inspection / estimation scheduled right away, and we received the most thorough inspection and a very competitive quote amongst all the companies we contacted, so we ordered them to do the job. We were scheduled on Friday of the same week the inspection was performed. Artisan Air performed a very impressive and professional work on our house. In and out within 6 hours. We are very happy with the service. 100% would recommend them for anyone doing A/C installation.

It can be difficult to find people you trust to work on your house and do quality work but from beginning to end, that was 100% my experience with this company. They were respectful, patient, and very helpful with exploring the various options and never pressured us in any direction or try to upsell us. They worked fast but not rushed and they did a quality job leaving us very happy and warm!

As a woman, they were very respectful. They never talked down to me and would make eye contact with both me and my male partner when explaining technical parts of the process. Also there was respect between them, the on-site lead was never rude to his team and shared lots of positive vibes. These things may seem minor but both happen over and over again and I never once felt uncomfortable with these guys.

I’ve already recommended Artisan Air Heating & Cooling to another friend and will continue to recommend to everyone.

I recently got a new furnace installed from Artisan Air and the experience was great. Cody responded quickly and his quote is very competitive and better than other vendors. It was fast and easy to book a schedule with them. The team arrived on time and did a great job. They cleaned up the place after the job was done. I also got a new ecobee thermostat and totally love it for the convenience. So far, the new furnace Bryant has been working great, more quiet, heat up the room more quickly and evenly. t's a rare pleasure to find a company managed by a highly experienced owner who truly cares about the work they do and has a top notch team to get the job done to the highest level. We installed a state of the art fuel pump system with two zones, both with hospital level HEPA air filtration added for when there is smoke in the air. We have a 1930's home with very small crawl spaces which made this project very complicated. We also didn't want to see any of the typical heat pump units in our house. Artisan needed to run duct work throughout the house. Other highly recommended competitors said "it can't be done". Well, Artisan showed that not only can it be done but they did it seamlessly. Also, the little things, they carefully prepared the house each morning and wore booties and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done at the highest level. They also did all the permitting and paperwork to allow us to claim rebates for the work done which is helping offset the initial cost. They also texted us everything morning to confirm their ETA. In short, they did everything to make this the best possible experience for us. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Artisan Air Heating and Cooling.

Thomas did a great job checking and repairing our air conditioning unit, was courteous and efficient, and provided careful explanations of everything he was doing. I especially appreciated the neat way in which he coiled up the garden hose after using it, which was an unexpected level of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
