Do not use this company. They lied on the price they would charge for the job. They didn't unclog the drains and had to come out a second time. Then they charged more to finish the job they failed the first time. They are dishonest and incompetent! Ron Gordon's Tire Pros

We are legalizing our JADU in the garage. We learned our plumbing has few different issues and we needed help. We called USA rooter & Plumbing for the plumbing work. He recommended we redo our plumbing to avoid having future problems. Hired him on the spot because of the price and the length of time it would
take him to complete everything. They were able to redo the whole plumbing and on time. They also made our main house plumbing more efficient and now we wont have anymore problems. These guys were also on site on the day of the city inspection (to answer any questions) and the inspection passed on the first try. I would highly recommend them for their fast, clean and professional service as well as reasonable pricing.

Emerson was very kind explaining the problems and how it would be resolved. He showed me how he fixed and what I should do as a next step. Decent pricing, transparent, professional, job done fast. I am I new salon owner and needed to get a hot water line for my shampoo bowl. I reached out to a few companies but I choose USA Rooter and Plumbing because called they sent someone out in 30 minutes to have a consultation. He looked around went under the house to find the best way to do it and explained it to me. Others just came and look and quoted a price. When I was ready they was here before there scheduled time and worked professional in a hour the job was complete. After need more assistance and they came out to make sure the job was complete and I was satisfied. Emerson has been amazing. Emerson's crew replace, up grade and leave it on city code all the water lines in my new remodeled bathroom. He always shows up when he said he will and he stayed at my job site the whole time. He is NOT the kind of plumbers that drops off workers and then check in on them at some later point. They were able to come out on Saturday morning with no weekend upcharge. They unclogged my bathtub drain of a large amount of hair for a very reasonable price.

We needed a sewer lateral replacement and we really didn’t want to have our nicely landscaped front yard torn up for a week as recommended by a big-name national plumbing company. Nexgen was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. We decided to go with trenchless and Juan, the owner of Nexgen, came out to provide an estimate and told us it would only be a one-day job with minimal disturbance to the yard. If your yard is a concern for you, I recommend going trenchless.

Juan was very professional yet personable and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. That immediately increased my confidence since I didn’t know what to expect with a sewer lateral replacement. He and his crew arrived promptly at the 8:00 AM start time which was wonderful as it’s something I personally value in a contractor/company. Juan is both hands-on and able to direct his crew to adhere to whatever timeline he has set for the job. We could tell Juan takes great pride in his work and is detail-oriented as he seeks perfection in the job.

And may I say that the clean up job after the sewer lateral installation was impeccable! All the dirt, pavers, etc. were put back so cleanly that you wouldn’t know that there was any work done. His crew were very courteous to us and respectful to the property. The time management was excellent as he allowed time at the end of the day to install a new toilet for us that we had mentioned that morning - something we weren’t sure he’d be able to get to if the sewer lateral job took too long. He apparently was determined to get that installed no matter how late it got.

For all future plumbing issues, we plan on going with Nexgen since we were so pleased. We highly recommend to everyone you call Nexgen to have Juan come out to give an estimate and I’m sure after talking with him, you will want to schedule service with Nexgen.

NexGen was called due to a sewer backup. A crew was dispatched within a few hours on a weekend, did a temporary fix and diagnosed the problem. Within a couple of days PG&E was spraying the utility lines and shortly after that the permits were obtained by NexGen and the laterals were replaced and the job done. The garden was returned to its previous state and the clean up was accomplished. Everything done to code and within the estimate and in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable and professional company resolve our problem. We highly recommend NexGen.

Nexgen delivered on their quality of work and professionalism. I had a new sewer line installed at my home and they came out and did great work. Juan at nexgen communicated with the city/ USD and those needed to make sure the job was done correctly.

Contacted 5 plumbing contractors due to a waterline leak. Juan with Nexgen was the only contractor to actually come to the property and thoroughly assess the problem. In the blazing hot sun, he and his crew dug out several locations to ascertain where the water leak was originating. He provided 2 possible scenarios, costs, and timelines for completion. He and his crew returned the next day and promptly completed the job in a thorough, professional manner and left the property cleaned. As a apartment manager for over 40 years, I absolutely recommend this company for any and all plumbing issues; I truly believe he is honest and forthright while providing a fair price and excellent service.
