Highly recommend JC Plumbing for tankless water heater installs! He arrived promptly and gave me accurate ETAs prior to arrival on day of installation. No hidden costs or additional costs came up. Fair price for excellent work. Very professional with explaining my options and what suited my house needs for a tankless system. He came back a week later to patch up part of the area he worked on and checked if everything was working as advertised. A+++

Great and quick service. Toilet was clogged, plunger didn't work. The plumber cleared the pipeline and fixed it. Cleaned afterward. Good price.

These guys seemed shady. I called looking for a quote on having my toilet removed, and a drain snake ran, and they seemed to be trying to haggle a higher price instead of giving me a direct answer as to their price model but eventually they quoted me $475. I called rotorooter to get a second opinion and was immediately informed that they wanted to try running the snake through the toilet first($250 service) and if that didn't work they would pull the toilet and run the snake ($400 service) and that the prices did not stack. Long story short, call Rotorooter, they were faster, cheaper, more trust worthy, and all around just made it a more painless process. No one wants to deal with some scum bag fast talking them just to get a toilet fixed.

Professional and very personable. Work was done quickly and took the time to explain what was done. Really liked Emerson, will be calling USA Rooter and plumbing in the future. Not many companies work on Mobile Homes anymore.

I had an emergency with my bathroom and kitchen drainage pipes. I also, more recently had a water heater go out. Each time I called NG plumbing they answered my call and responded immediately. Both calls were after regular business hours. Emerson and Juan did professional work on both jobs. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing. All areas were clean after the work was done.
I highly recommend NG plumbing if you have any plumbing issues.

Emerson was very professional when it comes to his work ethics. i had a problem with my faucet and just one call he came the next day to dix and replace my faucet. he did a very good job and i recommend USA rooter and plumbing to everyone.

Emerson, the owner of NG Rooted and Plumbing, was able to rearrange his technician's schedule due to the urgency of my problem. He had Juan Ibarra at my house within an hour of my call. Juan was extremely professional, explained the potential issues that might be causing the leak, and was completely transparent about the pricing (which turned out to be better than all the others) . He quickly fixed the problem, showed me exactly what he did, and gave me tips on how to prevent future issues. He left the work area tidy and clean. I couldn't ask for better service!

I had an issue with my main line water drain, it was damage with all the work being done in my street. I want to say that Emerson and Alvaro has been one of the most responsible and professional Plummer’s I have ever met. They work late hours to make sure you are taken care of and are a reasonable prices that work with you. I wanted to give them 10 stars. I will always and forever use them and recommend in any plumbing issues.

We had a kitchen plumbing emergency, so I called USA plumbing and Emerson helped me turn off my main water over the phone. The next day, he came out and fixed our broken pipe beautifully. He was super friendly, professional, and quick. Highly recommend!
