JC Plumbing has been great. They are what you look for in a service provide -- knowledgeable, timely, fair in their pricing, and really want to do a good job. If I ever need plumbing work again, JC Plumbing will get the call.

JC Plumbing arrived promptly within the timeframe given. Explained the process and restated cost. I added a couple more items I needed addressed which he was able to complete as well (for cost which was reasonable). My parents have been using JC Plumbing for a while and I’m more than happy they suggested JC Plumbing for my issue.

Jc plumbing and rooter service was amazing from start to finish.The moment I called Jose (the owner)he was ready to assist me, My water heater had stopped working, and it was very upsetting not having any hot water! When I called Jose he knew immediately what was wrong told me which parts I needed and to call him as soon as the parts arrived. Once parts arrived Jose came out the same day fixed the problem in under an hour. I just want to Thank Jose for his outstanding customer service. If you have any heating and plumbing issues JC company is the way to go! Thanks Jose I will definitely recommend people to your business.

Jose was GREAT! He inspected our hot water heater and gave us an estimate on replacing it. Our hot water heater was on its last legs. After much consideration and 3 estimates later we knew Jose was definitely our guy. He arrived early answered all the questions we had. He explained what we should be expecting after the job was done. Jose went above and beyond. He dove right into the job. We couldn't even tell he was here after the job was done. Wonderful service from Jose! We had some faulty parts on a water heater that needed replacement. He came the next day at exactly the time promised, installed them exactly as he said he would, and charged the exact amount he quoted. We'll definitely be using JC Plumbing & Rooter in the future!

I can't say enough great things about Jose! My Noritz tankless water heater stopped working, and after calling multiple companies, they were the only ones willing to listen to my issue instead of immediately pushing for a full replacement.

JC Plumbing is absolutely amazing!!! Jose is the owner - he is very talented and reasonably priced. My sewer pump was running constantly. I called on Monday (Memorial Day), he showed up Tuesday afternoon to investigate the problem, then he showed up on Wednesday morning with the parts. Instead of jumping into jetting the line, he used his camera and checked the line. The line was in great condition, so he replaced a faulty check valve, cleaned the tank, checked the system and was complete in less than one hour. I can't say enough good things about JC Plumbing & Rooter's timeliness, quality of service, and fair pricing! He will be my "go to" plumber for ALL of my plumbing needs in the future! I forgot to mention how prompt Jose was. He told me that he would arrive at 10:00am to perform the repair work, he arrived at 9:55am!

JC Plumbing was the best! He responded quickly to my text, he came out the next day and diagnosed the problem with my Noritz Water heater c He ordered the new parts and came back and fixed the water heater. He was timely and his rates were reasonable. I highly recommend him and will be calling him for other plumbing work !

We had a problem with our lateral sewer line. Jose made a timely appointment. showed up as scheduled, provided a very reasonable cost estimate, and then did an extremely thorough job remedying the problem. At each step, he patiently explained what they were doing and why it was necessary. We subsequently developed a related problem and Jose came out on an emergency basis on the weekend and repaired the work of a prior plumber. He and his crew members were efficient and completely cleaned up after completing the jobs at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be using JC Plumbing & Rooting for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

The owner of this business does not respond to messages over a week that I left. I have been calling him each day to get some clarification on the water heater that he suggested me to buy from a supplier. I had called him many times each day, which is ridiculous that he never had a courtesy to respond to one of my messages. Good thing I did not hired him and today I had to hire another plumber. I will not recommend this business.

JC is awesome. Best communication of any service person in my experience, quick response, fair rates, excellent follow-through, deep knowledge, long experience, clean, polite, and very clear and detailed explanations about problems, solutions, and charges. Highly, highly recommended. Plumbing problems are no fun, but JC made it all as painless as possible.

We had a tricky kitchen sink clog. Jose went step by step from the simplest possible fix on and on through to the second-most-complicated, which we chose over the most-complicated. We were able to make that decision confidently because of Jose's clear and detailed explanations about the house's entire plumbing system. He also determined all the causes of the clog, so we can reduce the risk of the problem coming back. Along the way he diagnosed and fixed some minor problems and worked with us to limit disruptions.

First time out we were scheduled late in the day, so he got delayed, but he communicated clearly about it. Second time out he came hours early.

Jose did a great job. He clearly communicated what the issue was with our Bradford White hot water heater, he ordered the correct parts under warranty, he came an hour earlier than he originally committed to, he gave us a fair price, especially compared to his competitors, then when he found additional work to do, he clearly communicated that and the additional incremental cost was fair. The overall job was done on time and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend JC plumber and Rooting.

I can not rap poetically enough about JC Plumbing and Rooter! My Rheem water heater decided to die on me and they recommend JC for the repair. I texted, he responded, gave me a good service window time, no extra fees when he repaired the pilot light. Cold Month and No Hot water is a bad combination 😭. Jose knocked it out! Thanks again!!!
