I had a pipe clog problem at my place. Very happy about their prompt response to the request. The team showed up in about 2 hours after they acknowledged the request during Sunday. Very professional and done the thorough diagnosis before coming up 2 proposals to choose from. I am happy about the end result. Would strongly recommend this team to anyone who may run into the similar pipe problem.

Even though it was Memorial Day weekend, they arrived within hours, assessed the situation, and completed the job the same day. Friendly Plumbing was excellent. Excellent service on a big job to replace a pipe leading from the water meter to the house, a fair price and ultimately getting EBMUD to reimburse us for the cost. Id use them again in a heartbeat.

First guy showed up in a pick-up truck. Showed him where the clean-out was and that was not good enough for him. Went looking for another clean-out but could not find one and decided it was a two-person job and they had to call the warranty company and they would get back to me. I Ended up doing it by myself through the original clean-out. I don't think this guy was a professional plumber seeing as I could do the job and he could not. Then, after canceling the claim with the warranty company, they showed up in a proper plumbing van. Too late.

I am very happy I called Friendly Plumbers. Dave, the technician arrived earlier than the estimated time slot and was professional and courteous. He helped get to the source of my yard drainage issue (turned out to be a leak from a neighbor's house.). He was proactive in speaking with my neighbors and locating the source of the leak. I would definitely use Friendly Plumbers again!

I called when water started to back up in the tub. They came out within an hour and dug out my clean out, found the pipe that was clogged with roots and replaced it. Very pleasant and experienced worker. I would definitely call them again either any plumbing issue.

I highly recommend The Friendly Plumbers. They are very responsive and make their clients a priority. Albert and his technician did an amazing job installing a new water heater and repairing a gas pipe. They were very professional and displayed positive attitudes, which is very hard to come by these days!

While most plumbers schedule a week out I scheduled last night and just had them finish up before 10am next day. They were professional and fixed it perfectly. They kept me informed the whole time and were reasonable considering the speed and care of service. Thanks!

On 7/14, as advised by Best Buy installer, I hired Friendly Plumbing Alex Longoria to replace old drip pan (underneath washing machine) with new which I bought from HD. At first he wanted $650 then come down to $200. When done, I pointed out that the drain fitting is not flat to the floor and he did not seal round the drain hole beneath the drip pan neither like the old drip pan did. In the event the drip pan cracks, the leak would damage the subfloor. With pan not fitting flat to floor and no silicone seal around the drip hole underneath the drip pan are two concerns I have. Alex understands my concerns. For $200 professional plumber job, I expect job done right and if leaks do occur, I will hold Friendly Plumbing responsible.

We had a tub faucet that wouldn’t turn off. Friendly Plumbers came in and fixed it that evening. Price was high but they were the only ones to come and help after regular 9-5 work hours. Worth it for the friendly and fast service. Thanks for your help! I will call again next time.

This company charged $1800 for a clean out; was supposed to snake and clear the clogged pipes. Called, texted to come and check while the contractor was in our home as the pipes were supposed to be cleared not just on the other side of home. Plumber never came back.

Busted sewage drain pipe had a back up leaking into my garage...David came and inspected it and replaced drain pipe and clean out! I thought it would be a disaster...but it was very smooth, and completed in a few hours! Excellent work, thank you David!

Jose is a true professional, answered my phone call right away, got me on the schedule, came out and fixed my water heater all in 48 hours. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looks for a great, honest plumber.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them and asked about their prices, they were the first plumbing company I had contacted that was upfront and transparent with their pricing. They had someone come out that same day to help me with my problem. The person that came was very professional and really tried to solve my issue communicating with me every step of the way before moving forward. Previously I had a different plumbing company Mr. DRAIN come out to unclogg my septic pipe and they didn't unclogg it at all and where trying to charge me $12,000 to supposedly replace some pipes that where broken. Can you imagine the relief I felt when this company actually unclogged my pipes and charged me a fair price and re assured me my pipes where in fact not broken at all. They even suggested calling the city to check the clean out which I did and was part of the problem because when they came out they did a big clean outnof their pipes as well. I never leave reviews and much less this long but I feel the need for people to know how shady plumbing companies can be however this one right here is not they were very honest and amazing at what they do.

Jose has done quality plumbing work at our house on two separate occasions (replace our toilet and garbage disposal). His communication is good, he's trustworthy, and pricing is fair in our experience. We recommend JC Plumbing & Rooter

My water heater kept shutting off on its own, so I called the manufacturer and they assigned JC Plumbing for my case. Jose was prompt to respond and arrived to inspect the next day. He is very knowledgeable and identified the issues right away and called the manufacturer to order the parts. As soon as the parts arrived, he came in on the next day again and fixed the problem. Highly recommend to anyone with water heater/plumbing needs in the area!

JC Plumbing is a great service. I called, he came and he conquered!!!! Best plumbing service I’ve used yet. Very fast and reliable service. My pipes were clogged on Tuesday, by Wednesday, the problem was fixed. Will use again if needed. Great service.
