Called and had a plumber come out. They came out and temporarily fixed the problem. 2 days later, my shower was clogged again. Called them to let them know, and was told someone would call me back. I never received a call back. Horrible service

Competent, personable technician who arrived in accordance with the appointment, fixed the problem quickly and acted very professionally. Will go on my preferred providers list.

Very friendly service and once we overcame the scheduling hiccups, the service we needed was quick and so far it has been great. I highly recommend them.

I had an house today inspection only to discover last minute that the water was not lit and we could not get it lit. I called Friendly and she told me what time she could get the Plumber there. It was perfect. He got it taken care of.
Now my inspection will surely pass!

They installed the wrong pump at my house for exhorbitant rates, and then tried to tell me it was my fault and charge me much more to do the job correctly like they were supposed to in the first place. Other plumbers quoted half as much for the same job.

Also they use an answering service and external contractors so good luck reaching someone who actually works there.

I had them install a washing machine pan to the drain. The service was fast, affordable and professional. I had originally called for a quote for the work. They came out the next day, gave the quote and we proceeded with the work, which got finished the same day.

Jose was very professional and proficient ! Solved my plumbing issue quick and easy. Made the whole process less stressful. So grateful to have found him and friendly plumbing. Wonderful and reasonably priced work.

Very good work. They came at 10am and finished everything before 3pm! Wonderful people and excellent communication!

Needed them to check a frozen garbage disposal. Scheduler gave no indication of the possible cost but politely gave us a window between 9 and 11am for when the crew would come. They showed up at 2pm, spent <30 minutes snaking the drain and charged $650. When I balked, he dropped it to $550. I felt I had no real recourse, so I paid. I will NOT be using them in the future, though. Other than the initial phone call, the entire vibe of this company was unprofessional.

Update: So I decided to call to ask about this. My first question was how much they'd charge to snake a kitchen drain. He said probably around $250. When I told him how much I was actually charged, he literally stammered and hung up the phone. I don't know if this company is legit and just wildly unprofessional, or if it's a scam and I got taken. Either way DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Jose actually has not done any heavy work except for a free estimate going into crawl space. Very knowledgeable, answered all my many questions.
Project need to be done are: installing Over flow on my tub and re-waxing one of my toilets. Apparently, installing an over flow they’ll have to access through cutting a piece of the wall. The best part is, unlike other plumbing company that given me an estimate, Jose will put the sheet rock back, tape it & paste when done but will not paint it ( which is fine) didn’t expect them to paint. I cannot wait to receive the estimate, I hope it’ll be reasonable and affordable. 👍

The overall experience was on .. I was asking questions and once I asked about the warranty I felt like I asked the wrong question. I was reminded over and over that I wasn’t covered by warranty. This isn’t my first experience with this issue and I’m educated enough to know what I have to get done and also what work I already had . I appreciate the work that was done .

Giving 3 out of 5 stars for three reasons.

Friendly Plumbing didn't tell me they were sending out an entirely different company to fix our sink. Next time let the customer know who to expect.

The repair was more expensive than expected. Asked for estimate and was told couldn't get one (although they advertise as offering free quotes), rather was told $100 fee to come out and if more than that the fee would be applied. It was more than double that!!!

Last, they arrived 2 hours after the
"appt window" which was 3 hours from scheduled time which was 5 hours after orginally calling; however, you want to dice it, it took a while to arrive.

The positive - a plumber came out on the weekend and got the job done.

The fill valve in our toilet stopped working one day. Within a few hours after pinging Friendly Plumbing about this, they arrived at my house -- after 5:30pm on a stormy night. They did the estimate, we arrived at a fair and competitive price, and they replaced it in about 30 mins. They were fast and efficient.

The plumber was very professional and did a great job replacing my garbage disposal.

More important, the price was very reasonable and competitive to the other companies.

Totally satisfied.

David was timely, and he and his co- worker completed the job within 30 minutes. The part that isn’t right is I paid $ 480 for a small job that only took 30. It was a high amount for a senior. Take care.
