Rarely do I see a contractor fully vested in performing a job so diligently you'd think they were doing it for their own family.
We used Fito Plumbers for a nightmarish issue which came up at our new property (30 ish year old home) we moved into.
Upon the Pleasanton water dept notifying us that we had a leak which was using approximately 11 gallons of water per hour, we did several tests ourselves and had several plumbers through our warranty as well as American lleak detection company come out and confirm that unfortunately ours was a slab leak (may have been multiple leaks) underneath the foundation by where our staircase, built in cabinetry and coat closet was. Due to the nature of the leak, it would have been an expensive and short term solution to break floors and fix a single leak. So, the decision was made to have our house re piped over the slab (within the walls and ceiling).
Enter Fito Plumbers. Fito consulted with us a couple of times. He worked with us according to our needs and our budget being new homeowners. He brought over Will, who would be leading the repiping and thoroughly navigated his way through the home and gave his opinions on where he thought it would be best and least invasive to install the new pipes.
He gave us a quote, an estimated completion date for repiping the entire house and dry wall and started working the next week.
I kid you not, every single day, his guys (about four of them) showed up on time and ready to get us closer to having running water. Fito himself came through regularly to ensure that everything was going smoothly.
They were so careful with our home and belongings taking extra care to cover the work areas with zippered tents so the dust wouldn’t escape and laying down painters tarp/ paper on our floors to avoid spills and scratches.
It was helpful that each member on their team spoke English and furthermore, were SO incredibly friendly. They’d smile and keep us posted as to the progress and respond to questions in a highly professional way.
At the end of the project, they spent an entire day’s worth cleaning up. From taking down the tents and coverings to sweeping and mopping our floors, they helped us much as they could to ensure we had our house back in its’ original clean state.
Our piping is working great and I hope that we won’t have to worry about repiping for at least 20-30 years if not ever.
If we have plumbing issues in the future, we wouldn’t think twice to hire Fito and his guys. They are the best! Hire them and you won’t regret it.

Fito Plumbers repiped my house and replaced the water heater. The workers were prompt and courteous. They checked and double checked to make sure everything was done correctly. Even after they were payed for the entire job, when another issue arose they came and fixed it without additional cost. I would highly recommend them.

What a wonderful crew. Fito and crew did an amazing job finding the cause of a slow drain, identifying cracks and showing images live. They were fast and did a great job matching the colored concrete, reinstalling the pavers, and improving the drain. I plan on using them for more jobs in the future, and will have them regularly jet the lines to keep the long drive with a shallow drop cleared.

Fito was excellent! He's responsive, timely and did a great job even with a last minute emergency request. He cares about the customer and doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend him and will be glad to use him again in the future.

I was having issues with my sewer so I called fito plumbers. They answered quickly and came out the very next day. After a camera inspection they determined I needed a sewer replacement. They showed me the video and explained to me why they recommended me to replace it. I agreed to have them replace it and they took care of everything, they pulled all the required permits and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The day of the job they got here very early and got to work right away. Very professional and they have some really good equipment that made everything look so easy. They finished the job that very same day! I was surprised how quickly they were able to get it done. I am no longer having issues and I have fito plumbers and his team to thank for that. His crew was also very nice and friendly.
I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them!

My water heater stopped working for 2 days. I contacted some one I know they suggested me replace a new water heater. I contacted Fito around 9pm he came by right away and fixed it 5 minutes. He is a good plumber. Thank neighbor.

I want to comment on FITO's outstanding service. PG&E discontinued our gas due to a leakage and we were having hard time finding a plumber who can detect the actual gas leakage and fix it in a short notice. We found FITO who came on-time and resolve the leak issue. He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to resolve the issue and get us the PG&E gas back on the same evening. He is very knowledgeable about the issue & PG&E process. He also advised us of all other valves in the house and what other valves needs to shut off in case of emergency too. I highly recommend him for the job. He is fair and reasonable with pricing too. Thank you.

Fito and his crews are knowledgeable, articulate, friendly and honorable. With fair very competitive prices I will not hesitate to call again if I need more assistance or to recommend to a friend or neighbor. I got 4 bids two of which were corporate and poised to charge more than double Fito's price. One of his competitors padded the quote by double entry of the sewer lateral on the quote, more than triple Fito's price! Big Blue wanted to charge me $900 to use a camera inspection, Fito did that for free. Fito's camera inspection took 10 minutes. When they were done digging they replaced the landscaping as nothing had happened. Fito worked with the county got the permits and filed the necessary paperwork. A big load off my mind, Thanks to Fito Plumbers.

Fito Plumbing was able to come to one of my rental houses within a few hours for a sewer problem. They diagnosed it, helped with a temp fix and returned the next day to complete the job. They are now my go to plumbers!

Fito Plumbing met me at my property in Oakland Christmas Eve day due to a sewage problem. Fito scoped the sewer line and found there were several cracks in the line. After discussion we decided to replace the entire line,(65 ft), all the way to the street. Lalo and crew started work the day after Christmas. They finished in two days. You can't beat no charge! The 70 year old main shutoff valve outside the house was leaking. My water usage had been sky high. Started calling other plumbers first thing 7 am Monday morning. Either they weren't available or they didn't want the work. One guy even came by the house to check it out, without telling me. He called to tell me he wouldn't do the work, but recommended a friend who never responded to my voice mail.

Fito came out the same day. He tightened the valve and it stopped leaking! He didn't think that could have caused the 275 gal per day report from EBMUD so he spent more time advising me how to isolate the leak. He then charged me nothing! He thought the high usage may have been the leaky toilet flapper I replaced the week before. But we will follow his advice and try to find the cause of the high usage ourselves. He said, "Plumbers are expensive! Try to figure it out yourself before calling me to charge you to find it."

I own 41 rental units and have used Fito and his crew for all my plumbing needs. The best description I can give is that there is nothing he can’t handle. The worst thing a contractor can do is make you feel that you have a huge problem and it’s going to cost a ton of money. Fito is the opposite. Nothing bothers him and when the inevitable takes a turn for the worse, Fito handles it in stride without making you feel like it’s your problem. He and his crew will stay as long as it takes, and if you own rental property, he makes tenants feel everything is in control. I can’t tell you how many complicated issues he’s figured out for me. He goes well beyond plumbing and is a true general contractor. He’s just the best plumber and contractor I have ever known and he has saved me tons of money and hassle. You won’t be disappointed.

Sewer lateral work.

The neighbor recommended Fito for sewer lateral. We researched and interviewed several vendors. Based on the highly recommendation from the neighbor we used Fito. We didn't regret at all. His pricing was transparent. Project was completed on timely manner. Like most projects there were change orders but it was to be expected. Fito worked our payment plans and everyone was extremely happy.

Fito is absolutely who you want for a plumber and I will absolutely recommend him to everyone. No nonsense, NO UP SELL , NO BS. Very informative and gave recommendations WITH OUT UP SELL. He seems to like his profession and not out screw people.. but HELP people without breaking their bank. I am very happy I called him for our plumbing issue and will do it again. FITO ROCK!!

Fito plumbers were great. My water heater was broken. Turned out it had a few issues. They stuck with the job and got it fixed. They were on time with excellent customer service.
They also cleared a clog in my bathroom sink at no charge!
I called a couple other places along with Fito thinking I would get quotes. One place didn't show up and one place refused to repair because the water heater was out of warranty. Fito Will be my go-to plumbers from now on!

Fito (the owner) came by himself to fix our kitchen faucet that suddenly stopped working. He diagnosed the problem in 60 seconds flat and he was able to get us up and running within minutes and he also taught us how to identify and fix the problem ourselves should the problem occur again. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fito and I have saved his number in my phone for all future plumbing needs.

Fito and his team (Alex and Lalo) came to our house because of a leak due to a previous contractor's miss. They were highly recommended by our realtor and they did more than just fix our leak! They uncovered a huge mess inside our walls which the previous contractor had left and had covered up (without our knowledge)... so he pretty much saved and revamped our entire bathroom almost from scratch. Fito is very communicative, always texts or calls when his team will be arriving or if they will be late. He also pays attention to details to ensure everything will be functional plus they always clean everyday after each job to not leave a mess. We are truly grateful for his help and would love to work with him again.
