I called Jeff to check out a plumbing issue I couldn't fix. He came in the same day and took care of the issue at an affordable price. He even did a full walkthrough of my house and shared plumbing tips and answered my questions. Overall, I was really impressed by Jeff and I highly recommend him.

We had an unforeseen leak in our home on the second floor and wanted to have it checked as soon as possible. Jeff promptly answered our call, and although he was busy at the moment, he agreed to check in after he was free. As the day progressed, Jeff informed us that he was still at another site and that John and Herb would be stopping by. Within minutes, they arrived and inspected our home. They were very polite, friendly, and informative. Overall, they made an unpleasant experience easy to resolve.

Jeff and his colleague John are a dynamic duo! I had two plumbing issues happening at the same time requiring an extensive evaluation of my condominium plumbing system. It was one of the most complex coordinating of a repair involving my HOA which Jeff helped educate me on how to move the repair forward. Jeff took the time to meet with me give me a tour of the entire buildings plumbing system which he understood extensively and describe to me what needed to happen. Not only was his estimate of the cost accurate it was well within the range expected to pay. I I am very grateful for this plumbing company and highly recommend Jeff and John! Well I hope I don’t need a plumber for a long time to come, I’m so glad to know On R Way plumbing is there when I need them.

We had a water hammer issue. Saw multiple plumbers who said they'd have to go through our walls, it was going to cost in the thousands.

We would even agree to work and then they wouldn't show up.

We called Jeff and John, they came out to see the very next day and not only did they go to the attic to look at the pipes there, they checked the water pressure - which none of the previous plumbers did. We found out our water pressure was almost double the normal amount. They installed a gauge to control pressure, it was noninvasive or destructive and the problem is finally fixed.

Jeff and John were very thorough with the details, gave us multiple options, turned up on time and was by far the best in price. Couldn't beat the friendly honest and excellent job they did. And as someone who hesitated calling service people from past bad experiences, I definitely won't hesitate calling them in future.

A while back, we had a leaking toilet. Another plumber quoted us thousands of dollars to replace all five toilets in our home, suggesting we switch to "eco-flush" tanks. Unsure about the recommendation, we called OnRWay Plumbing for a second opinion. Jeff and John quickly identified the real issue: corroded bolts on the leaking toilet’s tank, a common problem with infrequently used toilets. They replaced the bolts, and the toilet has worked perfectly ever since.

As for the eco-flush suggestion, they recommended a simple, affordable mechanism that achieves the same result by allowing two smaller flushes from one tank instead of one large flush—saving water without replacing the toilets. Their honesty and practical advice saved us a significant amount of money. And that's just one of the issues they have come thru for us.

Since then, they’ve been our go-to plumbers. While they’re busy, they always do their best to make time and fix issues promptly. If you’re looking for reliable and honest plumbers, Jeff and John at OnRWay Plumbing are the ones to call.

My toilet was leaking and I didn’t know how to stop it. I called a plumber before calling this company and they never responded back to me. I called this place and they answered immediately. We spoke on the phone about what had happened and they came as soon as possible. They were super nice and helpful as well ! I couldn’t be more grateful and blessed for their help. I highly recommend Jeff and the team at On R Way Plumbing. I had a garbage disposal emergency at 7pm in the evening. I contacted another company a block away from my home, and I was told the earliest anyone could come out is 11pm that night. I contacted Jeff with On R Way Plumbing, and Jeff arrived at my home 25 minutes later. Jeff was respectful when he entered my home by wearing shoe coverings. Jeff was also really knowledgeable and through (ran numberous tests) and diagnosed the problem within the first 10-15 minutes. After a sort period of time, I had a new garage disposal, that no longer leaked, and dinner was saved! Huge thank you to Jeff for his prompt response and friendly customer service attitude! I would definitely contact Jeff and his team again!

I was in a bind🙂‍↕️🤌🏽😩 bathtub and shower acting up, after the gym so yeah! I called Roter Rooter, Albert Nahman, Big Blue and Lifesaver Plumbing. Not one would come out, and Lifesaver had the audacity to want $1300💅🏾NOPE!

Most importantly, Jeff was accommodating after 9pm on a Friday, and Herb is so kind and friendly, and seemingly honest. In an age of greed, indifference to human touch and digitized services, it means a lot to exhibit those characteristics in service.

They did not price gauge, and fixed an issue coined among plumbers as “a pain to work with”. I could go on, but my goal simply with this post and review is to convince any other customer that You don’t need to look any farther. Your services will be well taken care of as well as your pocketbook and it comes with the class of customer service that money could never buy. Thank you on our way plumbing and thank you, Herbert and Jeff.💯💛

Very honest and nice people! I called Jeff because we were having a clogged kitchen sink and the water backed out from our laundry room. He sent a guy pretty quick who is pretty cool and knowledgeable. The sink somehow started working before Herbert arrived but he still helped us to check out any potential issues, made sure all is good and gave us some advice as well. We will definitely call them again if we have any further plumbing problems.

The plumber came in on time, worked fast and very friendly. I will definitely recommend this company, their price is much cheaper than the previous company that I have been using for years.

Had a toilet overflow emergency and these guys came through fast. They showed up quickly, figured out the issue right away, and broke the pipe just in time to stop things from getting worse. Super thankful for how fast and on it they were—definitely recommend if you ever need quick plumbing help!

Technician was excellent. He quickly assessed the issues and offered quotes with options. Once we decided what we wanted, he completed the work in short order. Owner had us test the repairs to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend the services of California Plumb Corp.

They're not the cheapest, but offered a great and proper solution for the problem (where another plumber did a poor job with a weak/poor solution), came out quickly to assess the problem and were back the next morning to fix the issue.

And Jose is very responsive to customer requests for quotes or service.

We're very happy and will definitely keep using them for all other future plumbing issues/installations.
