Jeff is the best! He saved me hundreds of dollars by just giving me solid advice as if he were the homeowner. Instead of defaulting to making money for his business, he told me what he would do. His expert advice and referral helped me solve the problem within 30 mins. I will definitely call him next time I have an issue. Highly recommend!

We had a clogged sewer pipe which was complicated by another company breaking off their snake head in the line. The other company blamed their error on a "broken pipe" and estimated a huge cost to repair.
We called On R Way for a second opinion. Jeff suggested more conservative alternatives before digging up the concrete slab. Cullen did the work and he was excellent. He had the line unclogged in no time and managed to retrieve the broken snake head from the line. We did not have a broken pipe at all. Our Hayward cast iron pipe was badly rusted inside and snagged everything causing blockages. Cullen polished the pipe and removed the rust in half the time estimated. He is very professional, thorough, honest and forthright. We were very, very pleased with the work.

Jeff and John are both great! I've used their services multiple times now and they are always responsive, efficient, trustworthy, and get the job done for the amount quoted. I absolutely recommend On R Way Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Great experience all around! Texted Jeff, he called back right away and had John come out just a couple hours later. Jeff and John! Omg! I was stressing out thinking my water heater won’t get fix in a week. Spoke to Jeff and set the appointment same day and got the parts quick and completed the water heater installation the same day. Very professional kind and fast. Highly recommended. It’s stress free.

Jeff was Great! I called the night before because I had a clogged kitchen sink. He quoted me an ASAP price. I opt for an next day appt @ 1pm. He texted me to let me know is ETA( very professional). He came out, did the work very quickly, he even put back the things in my Closet that he had to clear to do the work! I definitely recommend ON R WAY plumbing to EVERYONE😃

Jeff has fixed several things at my condo. He’s always been super good about wearing a mask and cloth covers for his footwear. He’s a very nice guy and is obviously very knowledgeable about plumbing.

Jeff and John were the tag Team duo who responded to my call for help with a clogged shower drain. They quickly went to work and told me the possible causes and solutions and what workaround would be if the initial unclogging wasn't successful. They were friendly, down to earth, and provided tips that would help prevent this clogging from happening. It was enjoyable having them fix the problem and educate me about both clogs and also overall plumbing/water maintenance!

I called On R way Plumbing Jeff answered and I told him I had a problem with my bathroom sink faucets Jeff gave me an ETA of arrival he arrived in timely manner. Jeff did a thorough inspection the faucets and water lines need to be replaced he gave me an estimate and it was cheaper then the other companies I called him back and he performed the job I hired him to do, he was friendly, courteous & professional. I will definitely call on Jeff for future projects.

::Update 11/9/22:: Updating my previous 5-Star rating after working with Jeff and John again. I reached out to On R Way on Monday afternoon to get an appointment to inspect a “noisy” shower and leaking garbage disposal. It’s now 6:30pm Wednesday and both issues are 100% resolved. I can’t say enough about these guys - honest, reliable and cost-effective. Thanks again!!

::Past Review:: I called Monday morning at 9:40am hoping to schedule an appointment for a technician to review an issue with low water pressure in my upstairs bathroom. On R Way had a polite/professional technician at my house within an hour, and as I am typing this review at 11:20am the issue is resolved and my water pressure is back to normal. He didn't try to come up with complex or expensive work that needed to be done - he simply fixed a valve that a previous company had left partially closed, and charged me the minimum evaluation fee.

I'd highly recommend On R Way Plumbing, and will use them again if any issues come up. Thanks, guys!

I don’t normally place much values on these reviews but this is real. Jeff was amazing! I called him to ask about the issue and he came over, looked at the issue and fixed it within 90 minutes, at most. The price was reasonable and Jeff was just a really nice guy. He took the appropriate precautions during a pandemic, which was important. Highly recommend On R Way!

Called multiple plumbers every company I called wasn’t a plumber that can help me with my issues. Called On R Way Plumbing spoke to Jeff and he helped me shut the water main off over the phone. Jeff and John came out and fixed my plumbing leak they were so fast and friendly. I’ll recommend them to my friends and family give them a call you’ll be happy.

After months of trying to get our laundry sink fixed,we finally found a plumber to do the job. On R Way definitely lives up to its ratings. Jeff was quick and efficient. The prices were more than fair. There were no surprise charges. Very straightforward quotes and did I say super quick? We called and received same day service. I believe we have found our go to guy for plumbing.

Jeff came over a day after I texted him and replaced my sink faucet quickly and professionally. He’s a really pleasant person as well to chat with - will definitely be using him for all my plumbing needs going forward. I paid less than other plumbers charge simply for coming out for a visit.

Jeff from "On R Way" was awesome. He replaced our water heater and brought it to code on short notice, then returned a few weeks later on even shorter notice to clear a stubborn sewer lateral. He gave us a great price on both jobs - we will be reaching out for any future needs and will also be referring our friends!

Jeff is very professional, friendly and reasonable. He showed up on time. Did the job quickly and showed us pictures of what was wrong and pictures of what he fixed. He also found a leak from our AC unit which we would not have noticed. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to use him for future plumbing needs.

On R Way Plumbing was the best service I have experienced, from any company. Our toilet needed to be replaced. All of the plumbers I called were”sorry we have no openings for a week or more”. I was fortunate to be referred to Jeff at On R Way. He was busy on a job but said he would make time that evening, on a Friday! He showed as promised and performed the work quickly. I have to say, they have a great team was on the phone with Jeff and John and Herbert came fixed my sewer problems they unclog my sewer Jeff camera my sewer line patch my sewer line with out digging and jackhammering my driveway and street. If you need a great plumber call them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me.

I got a callback almost right away and and offer to come look at my issue and give me an estimate that same day! Jeff was who I spoke with, and he was great about texting me ahead of time when he was on his way with an ETA. He arrived on time, was very friendly and took a look at my faucet. He tried to fix the issue at my request (which was that the hose and threaded attachment for the spray head had retreated so far back into the neck of the faucet that I was unable to push it back out. After attempting for some time to pry the part out of the neck, he gave me some options for faucet replacements and estimates, that he had on hand and he installed the one I selected. It immediately was clear that the faucet had a defect and Jeff was quick to address this, talk me through the reason, and offer a solution. He ordered another faucet and came back to replace the defective part. Shortly after that, there was another strange issue with the faucet and when I texted Jeff, he quickly offered to come and fix that as well without any additional charges. The issues were related to a defective faucet and not a reflection of Jeff's hard work and professionalism. He was quick to address my concerns, answer and and all questions that I had, an field additional questions I had related to other projects. I would recommend him and On R Way for anyone looking to have friendly, quality service for their plumbing needs.

Jeff is very knowledgeable in his craft. I was in a pinch when my sewer line backed up in my home. Jeff came to fix my sewer line (cleared the roots, showed me what was going on in my sewer line and explained what was happening/how he will fix it, and installed a new flap so waste water wouldn’t back up in my home again) and a toilet (replaced the wax seal and made sure it wasn’t leaking anymore), and did it really fast and well.

I actually had Jeff replace a hot water tank many years ago, when he was with another company. I’m so glad we crossed paths again and that he now owns and operates his own plumbing company.
