Benito is very accommodating and flexible with schedule, he will notify customers if any changes occur and adjust to your needs, knowledge of what he is doing and very professional and friendly, I don’t mind recommending him to anyone asking for a good plumber.

Benito is the best! I had a major leak in my irrigation system that I couldn’t isolate to shut off. Benito made room on a busy Friday and saved the day quickly, efficiently, and economically. So grateful!

Excellent experience! Arrived early and stayed until the work was done. Pipes and water heater replaced. Benito is very professional and personable. He explained everything that was needed to do the job. Everything was cleaned up before they left for the day. We will definitely be using him again!

Had a leak going from a toilet through to my garage ceiling. Was able to get an appointment with Benito within 48 hours and he was able to fix the problem in about half an hour and cost was reasonable and fair. Friendly and gets the job done!

Unbelievably unprofessional. Instead of showing up at the scheduled 10:00 a.m., he decided to roll in at 7:00 a.m.—because who wouldn’t love a surprise wake-up call at a major apartment complex? Clearly, tenants’ time and comfort come second to making sure his workday ends early. Lucky us, we got the 7 a.m. “special.”

due to backed up pipe from house to sewer, the downstairs toilets and bathtub backed up. ...on Easter Sunday... I contacted Mr.Rooter and had someone out about two hours later in which the technician/plumber resolved the issue.

In addition to timeliness, courtesy and technical expertise they cane back out and did a full visual inspection to see the extent of the damage causing the issue... 100 year old pipes finally gave way to roots, etc.

We have an old house with old plumbing.
The first plumbing company we called wanted to open the walls first.
We then called Mr Rooter and Shayea Korin did a wonderful job replacing the faucet in our Landry room. In the Bathroom, Shayea diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and fixed the leak without opening the tiled wall.
We are very pleased.
