Excellent job in repairing our sump pump - after hours, in the dark, between the rains, during the holiday season. It was a difficult and fairly messy job and the plumber did it well and in a reasonable time frame and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing job. (Their price was better than the competition and the plumber from Mr. Rooter understood the job better than two other plumbers who came out to look at the job and give me a quote. The first guy admitted he did not understand how to do the replacement. The second one gave a quote that was way off (too high) because he did not really understand the job - it came in at about twice what I actually ended up having to pay Mr. Rooter. I hesitate to call the other plumber a scammer and will charitably say he did not know his business that well despite bragging about his decades doing plumbing.)

They perform very thorough analysis of the problem. I really appreciate all the effort they put in finding the root cause as part of estimate quotes. My experience overall was great, just wished they could do the basic option like cleaning the drain using a snake at a bit reasonable price. I was quoted $350 just for a drain snake.

Tech was pleasant and courteous. He explained what issues were with disposal, and pointed that there was also a corroded pipe, which was leaking.

My problem was very complex, with my toilet backing up into my shower and my sink backed up. Vito was very thorough and efficient including me in every decision along the way

The technician, Alex, is very competent, gets the results needed using his inspection tool, great at explaining what he does and what needs to be done to fix the sewer problem.
I will ask for him to do the fix once we are ready to proceed.

Mr. Rooter returned to my home, today 10/28/25 at my request to do a hydro-jet cleaning the drain in my basement. Uriel arrived on time and explained to me the process involved. Due to the accumulation of matter over the years it was a bit more difficult and after using the cable (snake) to break through and then utilizing the hydro-jet he completely cleared my drain. He even had me go outside and i could hear the water and feel the air that was being emitted from the street trap/vent, the gismos that we all have in front of our homes at the curb, which indicated that my pipe was open and cleared. Having my drain hydro-jet cleaned was a new experience for this senior. My washing machine d rain hose empties directly into a pipe and not my sink as it had done prior to a change and not able to attach a lint collector on the drain hose. I asked Uriel if it would be to my benefit if I switch the drain hose to drain in the sink so that a lint collector would be attached, thereby avoid having lint accumulate in my pipes. He agreed that this would help. So -my recommendation for anyone who has drain issues or other plumbing issues call Mr. Rooter, they have friendly, courteous and helpful technicians who will resolve your problem. This senior citizen is very grateful for Uriel's excellent service.

Jeff & John installed a new updated water heater in our home. Despite the tricky access, they were able to conquer the job! They supplied everything that was needed to complete the job to code. Their professionalism was outstanding.

Called on the weekend Jeff answered he said he will be here within an hour. He should up sewer was backing up he unclogged the line. No roots were in the line. He recommended not to flush baby wipes down and I wouldn’t have this problem again. Must call On R Way plumbing there fast and friendly with a reasonable price.

Christmas Day my sewer line backed up I had so many guest in my house. I called 5 companies no available found On R Way Plumbing Jeff the plumber came an saved us. Price was worth it, he was fast and got the line flowing. Going to keep his phone number on my phone for future plumbing issues.

I just moved into a new home and after two weeks our main drain was backing up in the front yard :( and of course my luck my wife and I were having company.

I called the big popular plumbing companies and did have a time slot for someone to come check my issue but they never showed up so I called “On R Way” and Jeff answered. He was so understanding of my situation and dispatched Cullen almost immediately.

I had a call within minutes from Cullen telling me he was on his way! He was at my house in an hour and right to work. He had the right tools for the job and very professional. He allowed me to watch the process and before I know it we found roots in the pipes. Yes roots ugh! So he cleared out the drain and before I knew it Jeff pulled up with a pipe camera. This was cool stuff! They pushed the camera down the pipe and I was able to see all the roots and everything in there. They traced out the pipe to the street to show the path and explained to me his professional opinion of a permanent fix.

I am so happy with my service from On R Way. These guys are great! They took the stress of the situation off my shoulders and put it back on themselves. This is the customer service I am looking for!

Jeff was great in helping fix our kitchen sink that was backed up. He was prompt in the arrival, and helpful in explaining to us what was wrong to fix it! We are very happy and satisfied with the service.

Jeff and JJ came to replace my water heater and OMG I didn't realize how bad it was. Came on time, communicated very well, so professional. Awesome customer service, I can't say enough good things, not only did they complete everything in a timely manner but I learned so much about a water heater I knew nothing about. He is very knowledgeable with the work he puts in, every question I had he had an answer and explained it in a way I'd understand. You really see that he loves what he does. 10 stars for me. Jeff was great. We had an emergency that needed some kind of fix for a pipe that broke. If not, we would not have water throughout the night. He was able to cap that pipe so we could turn back on the water. So grateful that he was able to make room for our urgent need.
