Fito is honest and professional. We had to undertake a gas hookup for new appliances. As someone who has very little time for DIY, I reached out to Fito. He visited the home, saw that there was already plumbing done and just hidden away. Walked out in 5 min with no charge and a courteous explanation of other things he could do, if needed. Hard to find people like that nowadays. He will be my go to pro the next time I need a plumber… just for being a great human being.

Fito Plumbers is a great company. I have been using them since they opened the doors. Very effective and efficient, knowledgeable workers. From dealing with water heaters to shower valves, busted pipes to old galvanized pipes. Always on time. Fito has been a great asset to our apartment complex’s. I am the facilities manager for California Construction & Management. Thanks to Fito and his crew we have been able to upgrade and be compliant With the Berkeley plumbing code. Thanks to Fito and his crew We are having less and less problems with the plumbing in our buildings thanks again Fito for all the hard work.

I've been using Fito Plumbers since it was just Fito. Excellent service, clear communications, and happy residents. The most recent issue I called him about was for residents experiencing clogged drains and light flooding in their unit. Called Fito, and he had a crew out there within 2 hours to fix the issue. Not only that, he followed up afterwards and provided an explanation of why it happened and what else needs to be done in order to prevent the issue from occuring in the future. If you want the absolute cheapest, I'm betting you could probably find someone else. If you want a plumbing job done right the first time, look no further.

Because of placement and access, it was a very difficult job, and the team (Frankie and Freddie) stayed with it. They were very polite and open. There was an issue with the new heater and Fito moved very quickly to obtain a replacement and make sure we were taken care of. They communicated all through the process and Fito was very accessible and completely focused on getting us back on line. They stand up for their work. These are the kinds of professionals you want to do your plumbing.

Fito Plumbing has been very prompt in response and fixing helping me out shutting off the water from the house to the backyard since a tree fell and broke the valve outside and I had water leaking. They also did a great job putting in a new sewer lateral from the house to the street. The guys who work with Fito are very nice and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend Fito Plumbing.

Last March, I had problem with a gas leak on my meter line, PG&E only gave me 5 days to to fix the leak.
I called three (3) different companies but unfortunately none of them returned my calls.
I called Fito Plumbers and in half hour Fito (Owner of the Company) showed up to assess the problem. He quoted me an extremely good price, even gave me a discount due the Covid -19 pandemic situation. Got the job done finished in one day.
Today I called Fito again regarding a leaking toilet, in a matter of 20 minutes Lalo (Supervisor) showed up and got the problem corrected.
Their response time is awesome.

Fito and his team were excellent for us - a clog, but in a complicated spot that required him to get some special equipment. He handled it all seamlessly and had our house back in action in hours, and he is just very clear and direct to work with. Very knowledgeable and experienced - highly recommended

The hot water heater at a rental property wouldn't heat, so I needed a plumber immediately. To add, it was a holiday weekend, which made me nervous about finding an available plumber. But, I searched Hayward plumbers and found Fito. Fito was accommodating and understood my concern for the tenant being without hot water for three days. Fito replaced the watet heater, but then something went wrong with the electrical. Fito went above and beyond what he was hired to do. I eventually needed to call an electrician, but Fito took care of the plumbing which works perfectly now. Even the electrician said Fito did a good job, and fixed the electrical problem in minutes. THANKS AGAIN FITO! I'LL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!

Contacted Fito Plumbers on a Monday afternoon about a slow drain on my bath tub and they were out first thing the next morning. They tried the least invasive methods first and when all else failed had to re-pipe the drain. Turns out this is exactly what was needed, the inside of the piping was completely clogged, inaccessible and riddled with corrosion. All in all they were done by lunch, cleaned up after themselves nicely and all at a fair price. I would definitely recommend their services!!

I called them on a Sunday PM because our tankless water heater was leaking and Fito came right out and did the analysis and quote for a new one and it was installed the next day with new pipes run under the house for proper drainage, they also shortened a gas pipe that was in the way in the yard. Then I sent him to a rental property another day to help with bad hot water flow and they did a great job repairing that and made the tenants very happy. Then I had them come to my company building and do a toilet drainage repair and they got that done right away. They are a great outfit and get the job done fast. Highly recommended!

Fito Plumbing was GREAT! I had major issues and bad experiences with previous contractors, from poor work to vendors unwilling to investigate the problem (i.e. crawl under my house) and vendors who couldn't explain to me the issues, risks and solutions. Fito was able to provide high quality work while working within my budgetary constraints. He explained to me what was happening showing me on camera my drains, how he planned to fix it and went above any beyond in every way from taking care of things immediately and making sure I could still function normally in my home to documenting the problems for insurance. I highly recommend him!

Amazing service!!! I called Fito Plumbers on Friday afternoon and they were at my house within a few hours to look for an underground leak in the backyard. Fito (the owner) located the problem in about 20 minutes, incredible! What a super efficient plumbing expert, and honest too--the inspection estimate was $100 less than what two other companies had quoted. Fito also took the time to explain what he was doing and when they were finished, everything was restored to how it was, I couldn't even see where they had dug into the ground anymore. Fito Plumbers will be the only plumbers I ever call again for future repairs!

We had a leak in our main between meter and the house. We called Fito plumbers, and they identified the issue and quickly fixed it. What I like about Fito is that he is honest and goes above and beyond to resolve the issue and provide excellent customer service. Their price quote is very reasonable.

We called Fito to help us with our kitchen remodel in April of 2019. He responded immediately and met us at our home to look at the work to be done in person. He was very detailed in his description of how the process works as well as his thoughts on how to proceed. I am a tile contractor who has worked with many plumbers and I immediately felt comfortable with his knowledge of plumbing.
Fito started the job exactly when he said he would and finished on time as well. All of the work was inspected by the city of Oakland and passed on the first round. We have been using of kitchen and enjoying his work ever since.
I would definitely hire them for my next project.

They are really great!!! And they service all over including Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, etc.

My shower was leaking so the property management sent out their maintenance guy to fix it. He replaced the handles and I had problems with them so he came out again. It didn’t fix the problem so I asked that they send out a professional plumber. Luckily the management team is super nice and did. They use Fito for major plumbing work in the buildings they manage. I can understand why.

The technician came out and said I would have continuously had problems without replacing this, that and the other. He did all of the work and to my surprise, I now have more water pressure (wasn’t a problem before but now it is great!!!). Plus, they replaced handles with one major one and I haven’t had any of the old problems since.

The tech who came out was super nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!!!

I've trusted Fito with all my plumbing for many years, but it's my latest encounter that inspired me to write this review. Fito was kind enough to explain to me how I could fix a small problem myself, thereby saving me money *that would have gone to him*. You know you can really trust a contractor when they do things like that.

On top of his overall excellent work, Fito has an eye for space, and I've appreciated talking through renovation plans with him and getting his opinion—offfered like he is really thinking about your house as if it was his own.

Fito Plumbing helped us with an outdoor water leak last year and the service was fast and the charges very reasonable. For the past few months this year we noticed that our water bill was higher than in the past year. I thought it was a leak, but Fito himself came out and explained to me that it was not a water leak, but more likely more water use and/or a raise in water utility rates. I find that Fito plumbing is both reasonable and knowledgeable and I will continue to look to them for help when I have plumbing issues.

Fito provided above and beyond services to our drain problem. He and his crew knows the plumbing inside-out. He didn't just fix the issue but provided with his expert recommendation by showing us on camera how the piping looks from inside. I would highly recommend Fito plumbers for any type of your plumbing needs in the bay area.

Fito plumbers did a great job unclogging our French drains, and it was no easy task! They made a couple follow up visits to ensure everything was still working as expected. They are professional offer great advice during the project. Would call them again!
