Benjamin did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! He took the time to explain every step of the process before getting started, which I really appreciated. Afterward, he even let me do a walk-through while he was still working with the machine to make sure any spots I noticed could be gone over again. His attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. The customer service was hands down the best I’ve experienced. I’ll definitely be recommending Benjamin to friends and family — his work and care truly stand out!

I highly recommend Capet kings cleaning service. My carpets look very clean and the black spots on my beige carpet are all gone. I’m very happy and satisfied with their service. The technician Juan was professional, polite and very thorough.

Our carpet technician was super nice, professional and did the best he could with what he had to work with - 1 bedroom and hallway. We’re very happy with his work. If ever we need another cleaning we’ll definitely reach out.

I called the company. They said they would send someone and give me a quote. They came quickly, which was great. I did ask what is a ballpark of what they would charge. The woman did not tell me there is a minimum she said oh about 45 room when they got there They quoted me an astronomical amount saying 90 a room 45 is for regular cleaning 90s for deep cleaning. Then spent a total of 40 minutes and that was from set up to breakdown so probably 30 minutes of cleaning to do a hallway a full set of stairs, a bathroom and a bedroom. It was the fastest cleaning job I’ve ever experienced. Not so deep.

If I could give Juan 10 stars i would. Juan was super nice and very professional. Shook my hand when greeting me.
He explained everything on what the differences were in the cleanings. He did what worked for me and I am so happy they were able to work with me.
I had him clean my couch which has been past due for a cleaning. Juan made it look and smell brand new!

Benjamine was great! My carpet had pet soil on it and old stains that were on it before I moved in, and he got it all out. It looks beautiful! He also was knowledgeable and quick. I highly recommend him!

We had a sectional and an area rug cleaned. Our sectional had a strong pet odor and after the cleaning the smell was completely gone. The technician was professional and punctual and there were no hidden fees. We will definitely be using them again!

They wore their shoes all over the house, so after they left we had to vacuum and mop. Did not provide a quote prior to starting the job, so regardless of price I was left to pay.

Work was decent. Price was expected maybe a little higher. Common courtesy not so much.

Carpet Kings took my call on Wednesday afternoon and had our carpets done the next morning! They were so communicative throughout the process, prompt, and we got the best guy to do the job! Juan was SO friendly, professional and lifted every stain I thought would be impossible. He sent pictures throughout the process and made us completely comfortable leaving him in our home to get the job done! He truly cares about his work and the owner, Adi, as well! We have two toddlers and a dog and our carpets and couch now look brand new again! I can’t recommend Carpet Kings and Juan enough, 10/10 we will recommend to all of our friends and use Juan again!

Comoany was affordable even with my high stained areas(from a dog). Technician was orompt and professional, and when i called them the next day to inquire about a concern i had, the company was friendly and willing to come back and fix the concern. The technician worked hard and he did his best with what was presented and i appreciated that i could see the tech working hard. Overall great experience, great friendly cystomer service and great prices!! I would use them again!

If there was a 10 star rating I would put in a million star rating. We had a wonderful gentleman who did 1 room and 1 staircase and it was wonderful. I have shampooed that room and he did better than me. The area i couldn't get out he got out. He was so respectful, kind and honest.
Your company are one in a million. You were the first I called and it wont be the last
I will make sure i do word of mouth. I have never experienced a service like I dod today.
