These guys are friendly, informative, quick, and did a great job! Can't believe how much better my sofa looks after they finished. They're careful to educate you about good care of your furniture, and carpet. Really recommend them!

RJ explained everything he was going to do and pricing was exactly what he quoted. The carpets were pretty dirty but they look like new and smell great. This guy is serious about his job. I would use his company again.

Our guy called the night before to confirm the appointment. He was prompt the next day on his arrival. He did a great job cleaning up after our pampered pooch...;-D. The whole house looked great upon completion. He also cleaned a problem wool area rug and made it look great.

R.J. was a truly professional tech. He arrived on time and completely explained the entire process to my wife and myself. He presented us with various options since it was the first time our carpets had ever been cleaned. R.J. also moved a dresser to do additional cleaning. Very passionate about what they do. Easy to work with, and gave a lot of options for different services. Also gave a lot of tips on how to maintain the carpet, as well as the best ways to clean and vacuum the carpet. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about getting their carpets clean. Active ChemDry came by my house on time and they were great. RJ was the rep that came out to see me and he was an absolute professional. He was on time and called me when he arrived. He was very courteous and thorough with his explanation of the process. He knocked it out and walked me through the whole process. I plan to call Chemdry in the future but I will certainly request that RJ comes back. I was just planning on getting an estimate but his service was the reason I decided to buy the service on the spot and I thought the whole experience was great. I will refer everyone and anyone I can to RJ and Active Chem-Dry.

Active Chem Dry of Irvine, I called them Monday morning and needed help that same day. They made the time to come out and help clean our carpet and they made it look beautiful. Fred, Lilly, and RJ are awesome people.

Active Chem-Dry set me up with a 1-4pm window, but RJ and Ryan showed up at 1:30pm! It's always refreshing for people to show up right there in the timeframe!

R.J. was on time for my appointment today, he explained all of my options available after we talked about the normal traffic in my house, including my pet. Based on that, R.J proceeded to clean my rugs, always explaining to me what I might expect as far as walking on the rug, drying time and things to look out for in the future to maintain my rugs. He has a pleasant personality and was great to have clean my rugs. I would recommend R.J to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned in the future.

I just had my carpets cleaned by Active Chem Dry and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the service. The Technician was very helpful, he did an awesome job of cleaning the carpets. We are just moving into a rental and found the carpets were very dirty but with the deep cleaning & sanitizing the carpets look great & they smell great too.

The technicians RJ and Fredrick showed up promptly at 9AM and immediately got to work. RJ was knowledgeable and friendly in answering all my questions regarding a quote, the cleaning process, and billing.

The appointment took 2 hours for deep cleaning 2 bedrooms, living room, set of stairs, and a 3-seater couch. It would have been a shorter appointment but RJ and Fredrick took extra time to tackling the stains on my couch. They were so professional and worked so effectively as a team.

Thank you to Lily who helped me setup the appointment. She was friendly and helpful in answering all my initial questions. This was my first time using this company and it won't be my last. I highly recommend their service.

I just had my carpets and sofas cleaned by RJ at Active Chem Dry. I must say that I'm so happy with the results. First of all, RJ was very careful with his equipment and basically carried every piece over to each carpeted area so our new wood laminate floor wouldn't be damaged. He was very thorough and explained everything that was involved in his cleaning process. Once he was done with our carpets, he cleaned our sofas, which were filthy after 11 long years of wear and tear. He recommended a deep cleaning for them in order to remove the body grease that had settled into the fibers over time. The result? I no longer have to cover my cushions up with a blanket. Thank You RJ!

Save your money to just replace your carpet. I have so many complaints about this service I can't even bring myself full justice in this review.

For starters, they HOSE you to even ATTEMPT to treat pet stains. Literally DOUBLED the price of cleaning my whole house just for spots in the living room. They charged us $300 to base clean 2 small bedrooms and a living room. However, he so "kindly" included an area rug at a discounted price. Then he charged us $300 just to use their pet cleaner which obviously did not work.

For starters, I am in my twenties and have zero experience with carpet cleaning.. So, when the cleaner quoted me I was shocked but I am a renter, so I needed
to make it right and have these carpets cleaned. However, I spoke to my mom a few minutes later and she said she had never heard of anyone paying over $600 for carpet cleaning. She demanded I tell him to stop immediately and let him know he was taking advantage of me because I am young and didn't know better. Long story short, he had already sprayed down a bunch of stuff and couldn't just stop but insisted this was going to clean our carpets and if it didn't he would come back. Well, guess what he did have to come back. After less than a week all the spots returned, so he returned to spot clean.. well guess what, they are back again and We need to replace our Living room carpet which will cost just as much as this cleaning. This AWFUL company took our money for their gain. Shame on you Active Chem Dry, we will not be back.

I called for an appointment and I they had availability the same day. Two technicians came to my home. RJ was polite and explained the options available for my carpet cleaning needs. Then the 2 of them got to work. The finished the job in the time quoted. My stairs went from a nightmare to a dream! They also cleaned my entire 2nd floor carpeting as well. I highly recommend this company and I will be using them again in the future! Thank you RJ and RJ's Assistant!

RJ from Chem Dry came to my home today to clean my heavily soiled upstairs carpet. Before RJ's visit,we thought that the carpet was ready for the trash, but RJ did his magic and made the carpet ready for another year of wear and tear. One thing I appreciated about RJ's service was his ability and willingness to explain the carpet cleaning procedure. RJ was very honest in his assessment of the condition of our carpet. He let my husband and I know that after cleaning there will be a noticeable difference, but don't expect the carpet to be spotless. After RJ was done, I was pleasantly surprised with the results.
