I'm extremely pleased with the carpet cleaning that RJ did in my 4-bedroom home. We have a very high traffic home, with lots of family, and hadn't professionally cleaned our carpet in 2 years. RJ came to give me a quote and he was so friendly and personable that I decided to give him the job. I honestly thought there were a couple of spots that wouldn't come out, but RJ cleaned all 4 rooms and they look great....he was able to remove all the spots and stains that had been there longer than I'm willing to admit. He promised that he would do a great for me and he did!!! I'm very happy with his work and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Active ChemDry....ask for RJ!!!!!

RJ was amazing and did the impossible. Carpet had been cleaned traditionally and we thought we had to replace it because the dirt came up one month after cleaning. Chem Dry cleaned away all of the stains and made the carpet new again. So happy!! And the return to normal and walking on the carpet was short and painless. Thank you again RJ. You were a miracle worker!!

The field rep was super polite, his estimate was double what I was quoted on the phone, over $800. We reluctantly went ahead with the "deep clean". I chose Chem-Dry for the no residue claims. We were told that the carpets would take 2-4 hours and the couch 4-6 hours to dry. It's currently over 24 hours with the house wide open and the carpet and couch feel wet to the touch. We now have all of the cushions outside in the sun and the furniture still out of the rooms. I will never use this company again. Super nice and polite is not enough to win my loyalty, I feel pretty much ripped off.

I have had RJ and Vince clean my condo carpets several times. They are both very professional courteous and did a great job every time. I had them clean some rather old persian carpets and had the same excellent results. Highly recommend this team.

I had Active Chem Dry, RJ and Ryan, clean the carpets after water damage on January 1. They fully explained the process they would be using, moved small furniture so they could ensure no musty smell would be left. The carpet was deodorized and is now fresh and new looking. Both gentlemen were professional, courteous and informative.

I found Active Chem-Dry on Living Social and bought the special. I needed more done than what I purchased but was on a tight budget. RJ was kind enough to work with me and we agreed on a budget friendly way to make my carpet look great. I didn't realize HOW GREAT they would look!! I am serious when I say that they look brand new!!

R.J. came out today to do carpet and upholstery cleaning in my home. He was excellent to work with and was very polite. He spent a significant amount of time working on our sofa, which is a pet hair magnet, to ensure that he got it clean. He did a great job. The carpets and upholstery look fantastic! We used Active Chem-Dry to clean a sofa and an area rug. The technician, RJ, was extremely helpful in explaining the best treatment for our needs including sanitizing the pieces. RJ was very professional and was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Lilly was also very helpful in scheduling the service, and also in accommodating a follow up service into the schedule. First time using Active Chem-Dry and RJ the was awesome. Very professional and not pushy at all. Once we settled on what we wanted to get done he was right at it and getting the job done. I have to say that usually the carpet guys spend less than 45 minutes doing the small house we have but RJ spent at least 1 1/2 hours getting the job done correctly. The carpets look and smell great and we will certainly use Active Chem-Dry the next time we need cleaning!

RJ is a complete pro. Showed up on time, was very honest about cost and quality of work. He was very willing to move small furniture and worked with me to ensure that I could get a result I was looking for at a cost that I could afford. He takes great care with any furniture and items that need to be moved. We haven't had our carpets cleaned in some time and I was a bit nervous about the overall experience, but he immediately made me feel secure in his work and the outcome was excellent. RJ came to do our floors and he was wonderful! We have 3 rooms, stairs, a hallway and a very difficult area rug. He took the time to explain all the steps, the pricing and what to expect after he was finished. I love that they warranty their work as well. He was very honest about his work, and explained what the cleaning would take out of the carpet. My 11 month old baby was getting ready to go down for a nap, and he completed her room first so that the service wouldn't interrupt her sleeping schedule. I thought that was a very nice personal touch. He also assured me that his products are green and safe for my kids and pets. It gave me peace of mind to know they wouldn't be inhaling any toxins. Great service, great price, great product!

My carpet hasn't been cleaned for a long while. Called Chem-Dry and they made an appointment very quickly. Great customer service and great cleaning services! They were very flexible when I needed to reschedule the original appointment. Lilly called to set up the new appointment and was very professional and courteous!

I was given an accurate and fair price quote over the phone. There were no surprise additional costs which I have experienced with other carpet cleaning companies. The office gave me a three hour arrival window as well as a call and text 45 minutes before the the carpet cleaners arrived. The technician discussed the process with me before hand and did a great job. My technician was very professional and friendly. I had very dirty stairs and he was able to get all of the dirt out so they look like new. I will be using Active Chem- Dry from now on!
