Excellent service. The technician went through the whole house and cleaned room by room, every places in the house. I had at least 5 stain spots in the living room that was hard to remove. The technician worked hard and able to remove all these stains successfully. Thanks to his dedicated, diligent work. The price that I paid represent a large 2-story house, 3100 square foot covered with carpet throughout the house. Highly recommend to use Carpet Kings for professional carpet cleaning.

Carlos is a nice guy and reasonable price too. I recommend him for your carpet cleaning jobs.

These people don't have a clue about professionalism they can't make promises and not deliver. We live in a busy world and time is a priceless commodity and if you can't fulfill your obligations that no one forced you to take the business. There are other companies that will get the job done. I gave your company and they failed miserably, from office operations to person who claimed to be the owner after the fact.
Totally bad experience, these people don't even know the correct name of their clientele. These people are more worried about my Yelp review of them than getting someone to my residence on time as promised. For that they now have (2)two 1 stars rather than a 5 star. I found another company that will pick up the slack and inconvenience caused to me by CARPET KINGS of Irvine!!!!

Joseph is packing up right now. He really did a wonderful job despite the condition of the carpet he was working with and I am very impressed with him. This carpet clogged his machine several times. He was polite and worked so hard. This kid deserves a raise. I can't say enough. Excellent service and the carpet is unrecognizable!

Benjamin and his Co- worker was very professional let me say that first. They came in and went right to work. I was very pleased at what I saw when they completed the work my carpet looks and smells amazing!!! I will definitely be using your services again.!😊👍🏿

Karel did a great job cleaning our carpets! Some areas of our carpets were heavily stained, but he made them all disappear. Karel's attention to detail and professional service exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend!

Benjamin was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. I am very happy and grateful. As my cushions dried, one of my zippers split open. I called Mr. Adi and sent him pictures. It was not the fault of Benjamin. Mr. Adi had my cushion repaired and it looked brand new! Plus he would not take any payment for the repair. You don’t often find this level of customer service and I told him that Amazon could take a lesson from him. I would highly recommend Karpet Kings!! Thanks Benjamin and Mr. Adi from the bottom of my heart for your remarkable service. The cost was half what I paid for from Coit. Excellent value!!

Quite literally the BEST, EASIEST, NICEST carpet cleaning. I booked it less than 24 hours ago and now I have perfectly clean carpets, in all 3 rooms. They are so quick but do an amazing job - and SO nice. You can choose between a regular clean and a deep one, I chose the deep clean with sterilizer and he was done in about an hour. You wold think this is a paid ad, 10/10 recommend

Benjamin and Juan did a great job on cleaning my carpets in my place and they came out great. Very professional and thorough job and the price was very good. I will be using them again in about 6 to 8 months from now to do a follow-up cleaning. Pleasure to work with. 💪🤌🏼

Carpet Kings superseded my expectations! I have cream colored couch & bed & a 4 year old. Needless to say it was stained and not pleasant to look at. After the cleaning my couch, bed & rugs look brand new! I was honestly looking to purchase new furniture, not cream colored due to the visible stains. I now know all I need to do is keep carpet king’s contact saved & my furniture will look brand new once again.

I called Carpet Kings after my cat peed on the carpet and the smell wouldn’t go away, no matter what I tried. Adi gave clear advice and made same-day service happen without delay. His team arrived quickly, did a thorough cleaning, and were very professional.
The next day, once the carpet had dried a bit, I noticed the smell was still slightly there. I called Adi—not to complain, but just to ask his opinion on what else could be done. He explained it was likely in the padding, which is harder to treat, but still offered to send his team back to re-treat that specific area just to help out.
That kind of care and follow-through really stood out. They went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the great service. Highly recommend!

Edit 11/10/24: The owner, Adi, called and texted me. He was able to send out a guy the next day that I posted my review. He sent photos to Adi and got to work on what was needed to be redone. He checked with me before calling Adi again, and was very patient and understanding with anything more I asked of him.

I’ll probably call them up in 6 months to keep up with this carpet until we can replace it. Very happy with the customer service! Thank you guys!

We asked for a deep clean of carpet, which had years of smoke and pet damage. They quoted us around $200 during the inspection. There was furniture that hadn’t moved from its place in yearsssss during the inspection. Day of service, carpet cleared off, they said it’ll be $400 due to unseen damage left from the furniture (rusting, etc). We pushed back and agreed to $277. While the carpet looks MUCH better than before, the corners/edges were definitely neglected. I understand the irreversible damaged areas looking sad still. That’s ok. But the dust and debris, and what seems to have been dirty water left over around the perimeter is disappointing. I’d ask them to come back and finish the job, but we move-in in 2 days, so there’s no time to reschedule. Oh well. At least it’s sanitized-ish till we can tear it out.

It was a pleasant process from start to finish. Initial phone contact, preliminary estimate with an on-site visual inspection (huge for me) to solidify pricing. After reading reviews I thought I'd try. Adi and his team did not disappoint. Arrived on time for both estimate and service appointments, HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I could write more, the reviews are accurate!

William was very professional right from the start. Not only did he surprise me by the work he did but finally I got what i paid for. I hired 4.7 stars even 5 stars i was nervous. Im a very satisfied customer and highly recommend him to anybody that really works hard.

When I first started looking for a carpet cleaning place, I came across this business on Google. Not only did they answer right away, but they were able to set up an appointment as soon as possible! Like literally the next day. The cleaner came and did an excellent job! Our carpet is nice and super clean. And they are reasonably priced. Totally worth it!
