They arrived on-time, and got right down to business. No upselling or convincing me to do something more than I needed. They did the greatest job! We were amazed at the stains that they were able to get out! Not to mention that they responded quickly and were able to come out the same week. Rj, our technician, was great and had a great attitude. He really worked hard and did a thorough job even despite the 100 degree weather. Couldn't be any happier!

RJ was a very personable individual. He was helpful in describing what each step would entail and how much it would cost. He did a thorough job with the cleaning particularly in the high traffic areas of the house. We would definitely use him again.

We have used Active Chem Dry twice now, and both experiences have been superb. From making the initial appointment to the cleaning of the carpet, every staff member was courteous, efficient and meticulous.

Let me start off by saying i am someone that does my research not just to get the best deal but to find the most honest, hardworking person. After reading through countless companies because there are a billion carpet cleaners out there I found RJ. I wasn't sure what I was going what to expect although the the initial conversation on the phone was pleasant and it seemed as though he was an honest hard working person. Well today RJ showed up about 10 minutes early and went to work. Now the result, and it was exactly what RJ said it would be. I got exactly what RJ explained to me I would get. I am very happy with the service and have a neighbor that checked it out and will be using RJ services in the near future. I believe in good customer service, hard work, and sticking to your word and he did all those things so I felt compelled to give a 5 star review.
