Return customer. The hype is real. Price may be a little higher (still competitive) but the end result is worth it. Soft carpet with no after smell, unlike services that clean using detergents. Easy to set an appointment and received quick confirmation and follow up. Matt called with a timeline that morning. He was prompt, diligent, and considerate. Matt was also very congenial, which elevated the service. He explained the process and got to work. Very satisfied.

Jeff came by and he did a fabulous job. I was so impressed. I’ll be happy to recommend you to anybody that needs any kind of carpet cleaning. Thanks again happy new year.

This is our second time using Zerorez and both times we have had the same technician Sal and one of his associates and we couldn’t be more pleased. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about their products they offer. The carpet look brand new and clean as can be. The price has drastically increased in one year, but maybe that’s our new norm.

Zerorez while an odd name for a carpet cleaners is outstanding. Place looks great. They got a small stain out that has gone unaddressed before. Couldn't be happier. 2 hours in and out!

While the carpet areas were well cleaned, the area rug was not thoroughly cleaned. This fell short of my expectation as last time Zerorez cleaned the area rug it looked almost like new.

Great experience! First time with professional cleaning, and our carpets were in desperate need of some TLC. They turned out fantastic, everything was priced just as quoted, and our service tech, Julio, was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

I used Sal originally, about a year and a half ago when I had some construction work done and the workers from that job had some kind of glue that they left all over my carpet in a number of spots. He went to work on that area and knew exactly what to do the previous carpet guy didn't even attempt to get it out.

I used Sal with Zerorez again today. I was so pleased with his professionalism, the time he took to prepare and get the house ready to do the job of carpet cleaning. He is very experienced and that shows in his meticulous ways... explaining what he was doing and why. He did an outstanding job, an absolutely beautiful job! I would recommend him to anyone who really cares about having their carpet cleaned at a high level.

Very pleased with the service of my carpets and tile from Zerorez. Alex was very professional, friendly and accommodating. The tile and grout hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 29 years. Much of the grout was darker before treatment. I never expected it to look like new, but after the cleaning it was much better. I was very happy with the service and their worker. Highly recommend.
