Mark and his assistant were very professional! They ensured we knew their eta as well as the time it would take to finish! They ensured my couch smelled good and all the carpets were back to being like new! Highly recommend and hope their business expands down to San Diego!

After my cats peed through the couch cushions of my brand new couch, I was devastated. Believe me when I say Mark will not stop until he gets the job done. He handled our furniture with extreme care and put the couch cushions through 5 different levels of treatment and then hand delivered them good as brand new. He charged me a fraction of the price as the last place I had gone to where they were unsuccessful in removing the odor. I could not recommend more working with Mark and his team - they are the best.

I called them and needed cleaning in the house within 3 days and they scheduled it, came and cleaned the carpets and couches. Incredible customer service and service. I will always use them. Thank you!!

Mark and his associate were amazing! On time, easy-going, friendly, the guy is amazing. The service was beyond expectations. On time, extremely thorough and fast! Our apartment looks brand new and smells brand new. He even helped me with an office chair and an inflatable bed I had laying around, those got cleaned too and I can’t believe how good they look. What a great job by Mark and his team! Super friendly guy too. They did a thorough and efficient job on our high end white sectional sofa, our large area rug and the carpets in our bedrooms. Everything ended up looking and feeling clean once again. He also gave us the best deal around (believe me, I checked at least ten other carpet/upholstery cleaning companies).

He and his team are honest, fast, and the result was great. I tried quoting with several companies, but this company was the only straight forward, no hidden additions. The quality and speed to perform the service was really good, they arrived on time and were flexible to my schedule.

Very happy customer! I called to get a quote to clean my two sofas and armchair. The owner kindly explained the cleaning process and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were able to put me on their schedule right away. We were in the process of moving in to our house and had very little space to steam the sofas. I was impressed how the team worked so quickly given the tight space we had for them to work. The owner gave me good instructions on how to let the sofa cushions dry and moved everything back to where we had it, and the estimate matched the final price. Responsive, accommodating, and efficient. Also super friendly! Mark and his team worked on our couch that we got from a thrift store. Couch is beautiful, but has a very strong odor that stinks our whole place! They cleaned and deodorized it not only once but twice (even three or four times, I’d say!) to make sure they get the stains and most of the odor out and until we are satisfied. We’re happy!! We’ll let the cushions dry and bathe in the sun a little bit more and we think we’re ready to enjoy it after.

Mark and his team are my go-to carpet cleaners in OC. His team is safe, reliable, and efficient. After using him a couple of times, I now just text him and he shows up within 24-48 hours. Mark and his team are fabulous to work with! He was easy to communicate with and he was able to have his team come out on a very short notice. Not to mention, the team that came out worked diligently and did an amazing job of cleaning the rug I had which was not only physically dirty, but smelled of dog urine. Now it looks and smells brand new! 10/10 will be working with them in the future!

The team came on time and ready to go. They brought their own machines, cleaner, towels — the works.

Had everything cleaned within an hour and 30 minutes. Looks amazing and smells great. Money well spent.

Mark and his crew did a great job on a stairway and bedroom combo that needed a deep cleaning.
