Richard is the guy who we spoke to and dealt with. Very professional and knows what he is doing. We asked for a redo in few spots as the carpets are worn very badly, he did it without any hesitation there was no hassle dealing with him. His work is 5+ stars. Attaching few before after pictures from the old carpet stripping that we took. The price is also competitive to the market range overall, we are very happy to find him for this job. This will be the second time using their service, excellent results.

I called Dr Carpet about my job and they were able to send somebody right out. There tech Rich showed up 30 minutes later faster then I thought. I recently had a gathering at my house where someone spilled red wine on my couch causing a stain that I couldn’t remove. I called around and got several estimates and the runaround. I reached Dr.Carpet and they sent a gentleman named Richard to my home. He was not only polite, but extremely professional and calmed my anxiety assuring me that he could remove the stain without damaging the fabric of my couch. Not only did he remove the stain, but was able to lift other stains I didn’t notice. I will definitely use this company again and will refer to everyone I know. Great service!
