We had to have our dryer vent cleared out as advised by an appliance company. We called Dr. Carpet, and they sent Richard out to do the job the very same day. It was amazing how fast he cleared out all the debris…no fuss…no nonsense - job done! Richard was both courteous and obliging. We plan on seeing him at least once every year from now on to keep the vent cleared. We invited Richard back any time for a visit. Of course, he has to bring his two darling babies and wife so we can meet the entire family. Thank you, Richard, and thank you, Dr. Carpet.
