Brandon was amazing! He was very professional, knew his stuff, insured that we were communicated with every step of the way and made amazing recommendations for us. Our carpets look fantastic. The company is lucky to have someone so dedicated!

We had an excellent experience with Jared. He came to clean our tile in 3 rooms and then wisely suggested adding a sealer to extend the cleanliness of the tile and grout. We have been customers of Zerorez for a few years and each time we are extremely satisfied with the exceptional customer service with each visit! Jared was on time, friendly, reviewed our order and then took great care in the handling of his equipment while in the house, being cautious at every corner! Once completed, he asked if we had any other additional service and made sure we were happy with his work! I would highly recommend Jared for his outstanding efforts and would be happy requesting him again!

I’m very happy with my carpet cleaning experience!
I used the chat/AI for scheduling and estimate. It was easy to schedule and easy to use. The first estimate was way too high! But it ended up being reasonable. It was helpful to have the technician see my areas that needed cleaning, to confirm and adjust the estimate/price when he arrived.
Julio was very kind and courteous. He was very friendly and accommodating, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He arrived bright and early and on time for our scheduled window. He was super helpful and he went above and beyond. He worked extra hard on some of our trouble spots. Thank you Julio! I appreciate your hard work and service!

I had Mark last year cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment , and he did an amazing job, very professional, very reasonable price and a very nice guy.
I called him back after a whole year and was surprised that he saved my number with my address, he was so welcoming and work around my available day.

I was very impressed with Mark and his team when they cleaned my sofa and brought it back to life! They showed up on time, did a wonderful job and were very accommodating with their time when I asked them to also clean a couple of additional pieces. I highly recommend them.

A few days ago I requested to have my rugs cleaned. I spoke with Mark. Not only was he very courteous he provided me with an amazing price. He accommodated my schedule especially with me being out of state and with extremely short notice before the holiday. Today Mark came early to clean my rugs and from the pictures I received of the before and after I couldn't believe my eyes. To say the least they were horrid. Thank you to mark and his team for making those dirty rugs look just about brand spanking new. My little one surely will appreciate it once we get back to California. He is very polite and friendly, his quality of works is fantastic, and equally important, he has the fairest rates I have been able to find in the Irvine area. I desperately needed my sectional and wool rug cleaned - both were in a sad state of affairs after ~6 years of zero cleanings and 2 young kids. Mark and his team worked their magic and I am amazed at how clean/new both the sectional and rug look. I should have done this much sooner!! Mark made the process easy, was very personable and professional, and even generously cleaned an additional rug at no cost. 10/10 recommend!

We have used lightning bolt for 3 years now for a total of 4 services at this point. The owner is very responsive and involved. They do amazing work. We always get our giant west elm white couch cleaned along with all of our carpet on the second floor and it always looks great when they finish. We will continue to use them for years to come!
