One Season is absolutely top notch. From their professionalism in appointment setting to the team that actually did the install, everyone has a customer experience mindset as their #1 priority. Their work is extremely high quality and they’re transparent throughout the entire process. From David who did our initial service to Aubrey who designed the upgrades and then to Mike and team who installed the ductwork, I only have positive things to say. Believe the five star ratings across the board because that’s exactly what you’ll get with One Season! I absolutely will not use anyone else for anything HVAC related.

The service person (Aubrey) is very courteous and pleasantry to talk with. Aubrey clearly explained to me what the cause of the AC failure and verified to me that the broken part is still under warranty. Aubrey ordered the replacement part with no charged. Aubrey makes sure that everything is working smoothly before leaving.

This is by far the best air conditioning/heating experience I have ever had. I own a 30 year old home that needed the furnace and ductwork replaced. Chad, the owner of the company came out for the first service call and spent time walking me through the science of the kind of upgrade we needed and was super friendly and professional. He told us exactly what to expect with the job, and the work team that showed up were also very professional and friendly. They were so unobtrusive as they worked and picked up everything at the end of each day as if nothing had even happened in my home. The air conditioner works so well and efficiently now. I am so happy with this company and the work that got done! I would highly recommend them.

Finally. I found an HVAC company which you can trust. My condo is only 10 years old, yet 3 previous HVAC companies found and charged for all kinds of questionable problems. Ask for Aubrey West. He represented well One Season’ hiring and training. Aubrey advised a new thermostat that will pay for itself and then spent a lot of time explaining how to set it up and use it. I like One Season. Finally.

Excellent service! Our AC quit working and fortunately One Season was able to send someone the next day. Daniel was very nice, professional, honest and knowledgeable. A major part on our HVAC system “died” and was going to cost over $4,000 just for the part. Daniel took the initiative to call the maker of our unit, have them research the warranty on the part we needed and discovered we were still within the 10 year warranty time (barely)! He picked up the part and installed it the same day. Daniel inspected our entire system and was able to suggest a couple of things we could do to prevent future breakdowns and significantly prolong the life of our HVAC system. Our final cost for the day was $624. We highly recommended One Season Heating and Air Conditioning!

First, this is a heartfelt and genuine review of One Season Heating and Air Conditioning. From my initial meeting with Chad (owner) to the conclusion of the install the entire experience was FIRST RATE!! I obtained several bids from HVAC companies who service Orange County. One Season was the most thorough in the assessment/time spent and consistently provided timely communication. New equipment included a TRANE Heat Pump, Air Handler, registers (vents) and new flexible ductwork; work was completed in two days. The installers: Michael, Josh and Ben were beyond fantastic and produced a work product that frankly is VERY difficult to find in today’s world. Many thanks to Chad (owner), Sydney (office staff) and the three Amigo’s (Michael, Josh and Ben). Please consider this HVAC company when securing your bids; you won’t be disappointed. Absolutely amazing service and even more wonderful is the fact they stand behind their work. I had the technicians come out on 10/6/2025 for annual furnace maintenance and in the evening after the work was completed I heard a rattle in the system. I called OneSeason and on 10/7/2025 a technician came back out and fixed the rattle at no charge. They take the time to explain in detail the interworking of my systems and provide items I can do to help maintain so replacement does not occur. 5 stars is not enough for Daniel (technician) who absolutely is wonderful

A friend of mine suggested I call One Season for a safety inspection of my furnace. We live in a house built in the early 80s and it still has the original. For a very reasonable price, they sent a technician out at my convenience and he did a thorough inspection, including pictures and texts. They identified a fairly serious safety issue with a leak in my heat exchanger. I’m thankful to have called them and thankful for their excellent service and fair pricing.

I am very happy with the service and the personnel associated with this company. The installation went very smoothly even though my unit was located inside the roof of my garage. They were so neat and left everything swept and clean. Since then I have had to deal with them on a couple of minor issues and they promptly resolved them with no fuss. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give a 10 star rating I would!!!! First of all, I got immediate response from One Season when my AC went out, I also got same day service with in 1.5 hours of my first text message. It was so easy to get a hold of someone and get help in these dog days of summer. Chad, my service technician was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He got my AC up and running again and I’m now enjoying the cool breeze blowing through my vents. I could not be more pleased with the service, response time and over all performance from Chad and One Season 🥶Thank you so much 10/10

Joe came out and was nice, professional and helpful. The work was done quickly and he kept me in the loop on everything in terms I understood. No upselling at all. I am so happy that One Season is my new vendor. I recomend them very highly.

Aubrey came out and took care of the thermostat being off. It turned out the drain was clogged triggering the leak switch and the drain had to be cleaned/unclogged. He came in with the right tools, was being very methodical in analyzing, ensuring the issue is indeed there, and explained to me in very detail what the problems are with my A/C unit and how it's set up. No BS no non-sense, only facts and observations. It was educational. I got so much for what I paid for his time and the perfect job he did. Thank you and highly recommend Aubrey and this business to anyone.

The One Season Heating and Air Conditioning is truly amazing! My wife and I had originally set an appointment to conduct a tune up on our system for the season. To our surprise the system which was originally installed a year prior wasn’t installed properly. Aubrey educated us on the things that were done wrong and how the system should’ve properly been installed. My wife and I decided to have the entire system in the house done properly. The crew came the next day and pulled the job in a few hours time! Now our system works the way it should, and our electric bill has gone down as well. One Season Heating and Air Conditioning will be the only HVAC company we ever call for what we need.

We had such a great experience with One Season! Aubrey came to check our 35-year-old system and immediately pointed out a crack in the heat exchanger that we had no idea about. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and worked with us to find an option that fit our budget. The installation crew led by Mike, Josh and Ben did an amazing job as well! They showed up on time and cleaned the area afterwards. The whole process was spot on and stress-free, and we feel confident in the quality of work that they did. Highly recommend!

I was able to get an appointment even with very hot weather quickly and we got a new customer introductory price . Technician Daniel told me in advance what he was going to do and he cleaned our outdoor enclosed condensor unit. Our prior HVAC company had gone out of business so a couple of theur good employees in the service field noe work at One Season. They appear to be a good company to service a person's unit.

One Season Heating & Air is a solid company. This is my second year using them, and today they tackled a big job—replacing all the ducts in my home. They showed up on time, were polite, treated my home with care, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The crew was fantastic, and the office staff was just as helpful. I really appreciate how smooth they made the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any HVAC work.
