This team provided excellent service. They arrived on time, were courteous, and did a thorough job cleaning the ducts. They covered the carpets and furniture, too, while cleaning the ducts, so there was no further clean up required on my part.

I highly recommend American Air Duct Cleaning. They cleaned my air duct system and the dryer vent. The whole process took about 3 1/2 hours, and the price was reasonable for the amount of work involved. The technician Dan and his assistant were on time and courteous, and explained the process very well. They left my home spotless and were careful to protect the floors and furniture. Dan was also very responsive to my concern about keeping my 2 cats from escaping (I kept them in a closed room to keep them from being underfoot). This has been on my to do list for a while (mostly a fire safety issue) and I selected AADC based on their great online reviews. Glad I did.

I had American Air Duct Cleaning clean my air ducts and my dryer vent two days ago.
Dan and his brother were my technicians. They were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, courteous, meticulous, and extremely thorough. They took videos of their findings and showed me the amount of dust and debris in the various ducts.

Thankfully, I had called just in time as my dryer vent had disconnected from the wall and created a complete mess behind my washer and dryer not visible to me.

I highly recommend this company.

Even from our first call it was excellent working with Dan Marino. We set an appointment and he turned up in good time making sure I did not feel rushed as I wrapped up another activity. He and his assistant were very respectful of my home. There was no up-sell and the final price was very reasonable. I recommend him to anyone who needs he services.

Dan and his brother were very professional and did a very good job. They cleaned up well. Dan explained everything and was most polite.Their bid was very fair. We were able to schedule them promptly.

Dan was awesome! They were perfectly on-time, came in with plastic on their shoes to avoid dragging in dirt, got everything done in less than an hour and cleaned up after. You would never know they were there. He also charged me much less than I was expecting since the exhaust pipe was shorter than average. I would not even have known which shows how amazingly honest he is. Please give these guys your business...They deserve it!

This company cleaned out my 20ft long dryer vent and then came back and cleaned and sanitized all my air ducts, cleaned my heating unit and cleaned out my air conditioner unit. They were here for 4 1/2 hours and cleaned up after themselves and I am really happy with everything they did. We had not ever cleaned our air vents and we have been here for 21 yrs and not sure if the previous owners ever did them. I looking forward to everything working well. Dan was very professional and explained everything and really didn’t try to up sell me, but instead let me make my own decisions. I would absolutely call them again and I would ask for Dan Marino as I really had a great experience.

Dan came and cleaned my dryer vent today - he arrived right on time and left earlier than stated. the appt was QUICK and he and his team were very efficient. He showed me the completed cleaned out duct and the difference it made in the Dryer. I asked about my air conditioner and he gave me great detail and clarification as to what they do and how it is done. today’s service was an inexpensive service And done with 5 star quality!! Thank you!!!

Second time working having them clean our ducts and vents. They do a fantastic job and we will definitely hire them for a third time when it’s time for our next cleaning. They came on time and finished the whole house in under 2 hours. Pricing is fair and provided up front. Highly recommend.

I give the highest recommendation to Dan and Jaime of American Air Duct. First of all, it was seamless to schedule an appointment, and to have an understanding of the cost involved. By the way their charges are very reasonable and worth it. They arrived. Promptly. They wear Booties and clean up after themselves. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am so thrilled to have found them. I had just had a bad experience and they straightened out and cleaned my dryer vent and my dryer connection perfectly. I couldn’t ask for better service.

What a great experience! The technicians were very professional, and explained everything in detail to me. I had never had the air ducts cleaned, and no after having them cleaned. I will do it every three years or so. My system is extremely clean and is sanitized as well. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again when I need my system cleaned.

Chad came and replaced a bad capacitor for one of our condensers. Very professional, courteous, clean (put on booties) and did a thorough review of our entire system. Sold us on the bi-annual maintenance plan (loved that we can apply premiums toward a future replacement!) and just an all around great experience. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family.

Daniel was very prompt and represented the company very well with his knowledge and his professional appearance. I especially appreciated him putting on the booties before he entered the house.He finished in a timely manner and everything works great. I will definitely be having him come back out in winter for the furnace. They also offer a yearly service contract, which I will most likely sign up for.

I had called One Season to do a service call and system tune up since summer is coming upon us and all I can say is "Wow!" From the initial appointment setting to the follow up automated updates, to the phone call from Aubrey the technician on where he was at, to the owner Chad stopping in since he was in the neighborhood and helping on the project, to the follow up calls when everything was completed, it was a fantastic customer service experience. None of us want to spend money on this sort of thing but the price was very fair and I am back to having worry free AC! Thank you to Rebecca and the whole team at One Season!

Great company that was referred to me in 2024 by a good friend. Used them to install new ductwork, routine system inspection and may continue to use them in the future as needed!

In an industry laden with scammers, One Season provided an honest assessment of what I needed and did not need. They saved me over $19,000 compared to what another HVAC company tried to rip me off for. Watch out for the scam that your “ducts are too small”’. One season is my HVAC provider from now on.
