Great service! The team was professional, courteous and explained everything they were doing. They wore coverings over their shoes to not track any debris and did a thorough clean up after they were done. The house smelled so good after they completed the service. Thanks Dan! American Air Duct came out and cleaned out the vent system and all the vents. Also, did the dryer vent.
I felt like it went well. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do. They noticed a lot of white dust in the system and asked if we had recently had some renovations done, because of the drywall dust he found, we did just have some stuff done. I at least know he was getting stuff out. :) They said it would take 2 hours, ended taking about 3.5 hours; there was not extra charge for the time. They were professional, did the job and cleaned up after themselves.
I highly recommend them to anyone!

The technicians are professional and were on time. They are also friendly and easy to communicate. They also told me which parts are being done first and then second. They made sure everything was clean after the ducts were cleaned. Vacuuming around the areas where the cleanings took place. I highly recommend this place for anyone!

Wow! Fantastic service! On time, thorough, cleaned up any mess- even though it there was very little mess. I learned so much from Dan as he educated me on timing for cleaning ducts, changing filters as well as everything he was doing along the way. Dan was our service technician. Very professional. During these pandemic times, he was very mindful. Wore mask and shoe covers. He initially couldn’t find the issue, but after systematically and putting some ideas out our dryer got to work again without any obstruction. Our dryer works fine now and passed the obstruction test that comes with the dryer. Thank you Dan for being very thorough. Our service date was 7/23/2020

Dan was the BEST repair/service technician I have encountered in a very long time. Did a great job of cleaning dryer vent that had been ignored for far too long. Polite, courteous and clean. Tripe hit!

I had dryer vent duck serviced by other companies before. And it was due for another cleaning session. Neighbor told me they had theirs done by Dan from American air duct cleaning Co. and they were happy with his service. So got Dan's number from the neighbor and gave American air duct company a try.
Dan arrived on time with his helper. He was very professional and thorough. He disconnected the dryer from the duct. And cleaned dryer as well as dryer end of the duct. Then, connect the dryer end of the duct on air machine. His crew from the other side of the duct, ran the cleaning rods with rotating brush. Just like the one you see on the YouTube instructional video. He did not take any short cut. Other companies just ran the dryer and cleaned the duct from the other end with rotating brush rod (not knowing what is going on dryer side of the duct) But Dan made sure all parts of the systems were cleaned. And he re connected the dryer with air duct. And made sure they are connected correctly. Found out, American air duct co. clean ac/heating duct cleaning as well. Got a quote for ac/heater duct cleaning right away. Will be scheduling for the ac/heating duct cleaning soon. Hard to find honest, ethical and quality oriented mechanics/companies. I will be thanking my neighbor who gave me the referral to Dan.

Dan and his team did a great job in our home. They were very detailed and focused on cleanliness all the way around. Booties, mats, and wall protectors were also used to protect our house. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Dan Marino and his crew provided exceptional service for our many air ducts. They took meticulous care to clean the inside of the ducts and the vent covers and went on to clean all of the surface near the vents to make sure that they were also clean.

American Air Duct Cleaning did a great job cleaning our dryer duct. They were professional, on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Everything was neat and clean after they left. I would definitely use them again in the future.

This is my second time using AAD cleaning and after they leave I’m always so grateful they have come. They walk me through everything, show me the good and the bad and they do a thorough job. I love that they use a HEPA filter and they put pads down around their work. They are friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!

The team showed up on time and they were properly set up for COVID-19 protocols, which I appreciated. They were very efficient and detail-oriented. Extra time was taken to cover any furniture that was nearby, just in case. The unit they use is rather loud (noise cancelling headphones are a wonderful help in that area) but it definitely does the job. I have a fairly large house with a lot of ducts and they were very dirty after having a couple of months of construction after a leak. I really appreciated their thoroughness and thoughtfulness. They also cleaned my dryer vent which was getting to be a fire hazard. They even repaired a couple of things. All around a great experience with a great team. I would highly recommend them!
