Made the appointment online through one of the Home Advisor Apps. Received a call from the company and set an appointment for between 2-4PM to install a new thermostat on Saturday. At 4:30 I called the company and left a message, received a call back later and the man stated there was a scheduling mistake at the office. He offered to come out in 30 minutes or so, I declined. I wish we could charge these no show companies a no show charge for wasting our time. Pat Casey

GQ Heating & Air did a great job installing our new ductless mini split system. Very professional and we are very satisfied and we highly recommend their company.

Called at 7pm on a Saturday, thinking I would leave a message, but John answered and got me an appointment for the next day! Isidro came out to check my central air compressor, and was very nice and professional. He even wore booties when walking through my house! Before he left, he gave me 3 different quotes (various options)

Crew to replace our Air Conditioning units were VERY polite, answered our questions, did a great job including being very clean about everything inside the house/attic as well.

Professional all around, from the owner, to the admin staff, and the installers. Once I made my decision to move forward it took only 2 days to get the install scheduled and 1.5 days to complete the install of my new AC, heater and duct work replaced.

On 1/7/2019, my husband and I contacted Guaranteed Quality (GQ) Heating & Air, also known as Guaranteed Quality Restoration after I did much research on top quality heating units and read all reviews. We met with their GQ Heating & Air rep, James and were satisfied with his offer and easy payment plans to select from. As senior citizens and freezing from recent cold weather, it was important that we get a new working heating unit ASAP. Work began a week later, and on time. Out of all the days, that Monday, January 14 happened to be the day the weatherman forecasted storm and rain, yet through all that, the heating unit arrived on time early in the morning. The old one was removed and hauled away. The new unit was installed by 2 very neat and polite technicians. Before noon, it was completely installed and tested. We do admit after declining a new thermostat, that we do need GQ to come back and replace it. Other than that, we are completely satisfied with our new GQ Heating unit and highly recommend this company to everyone. We will definitely call them for our future Air Conditioning needs as well. Thank you GQ and to Paul who has been very instrumental in ensuring that all my questions are answered. Great customer service as well!

Edwin was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous during his checking of my system . Explaining in detail about each product and how to make the cost of running an a/c unit effective . As my unit was original to my 1989 home, he was surprised it ran at all due to its' age.
His customer service skills are ; days gone by " when it was explaining in detail their product , and not pushing you to buy buy buy the most costly item that does not fit your life style .
This man deserves a BIG raise .

Our AC went out and in the course of talking with different companies to come out to do the work, I was fortunate enough to reach Dave and Paul with Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air. While we ultimately went with a different company that installed our unit do the work (it was still under their warranty), our conversations with the super nice and professional people at Guaranteed Quality have us ready to recommend them to anyone needing heating and air work.

First tech showed up without tools. Only gave me a quote to repair when I expected him to come prepared to do the job. So that was disappointing. But company responded well. When I called to complain they sent another tech same day who did work and gave me a discount on repair cost. I would use them again.

I felt much confidence in you and your honesty with the intent to provide me with the best unit and labor! However in the end I chose another company with a slightly more competitive price. Guaranteed Quality Heating and Air is one of the great companies that gave me a quote for the “Mini Split” system which is an alternative to centralized heating and air for your home. Bernie was the person we talked with and he was not hesitant to give a background about the company and to offer more suggestions, that we didn’t think of, regarding our project. I appreciate when someone is confident enough to offer more information due to the fact they know their products and the size needed for our project and we don’t. This is a local company, they offer many incentives, they also have financing available. Although we did not choose them I feel great about giving them a great review based on my personal interaction during the quote process. I hope this review helps you to give them a call.

Ron and Chris, with GQ Heating and Air, were very friendly and helpful in trouble shooting my existing HVAC system. Their input was valuable in my planning for the replacement and relocation of my system. Although I did not use GQ for my job, I would have no hesitancy recommending GQ.

Fil was the OUTSTANDING technician who did a long-overdue service on our A/C. He was knowledgeable, professional, punctual and personable, and gave me much confidence in the work he did. Such a great company ambassador!

I’m so over this installation this will be the second time I had to call them out to come and fix my new system. I got the system October 2022. The system cost me $12,000 and so far it’s not worth it
or helping to heat my home and then when we initially got it and it was heating there was a burning smell that was unbearable. The smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm went off I had to call the fire department. They told me to keep the system shut off because regardless of what the company told me was a normal process they had a cycle through after a week of running the system. I should not have smelled that or there should not have been any alarms going off . I have four children in My Home under the age of five who now have runny noses and are sick because now the heat doesn’t work.

It all started as a search for an Heating and AC company around, to fix our Furnace that was not even checked for any repair for few years now. Since we don't see the furnace that has been hidden in the attic, it was out of mind to do regular check ups. I was impressed with Guaranteed Quality Customer Service. Finding them in Google was not hard since they had many good reviews on Home Advisor, Angie''s List and Yelp.

Martin was very helpful doing thorough diagnostics of our system and finally gave us an Estimate for $205, to fix the issue. With freezing cold temperature in S. Cal., it was worth spending that money. We are all happy. Thanks to GQ Team.

We had a problem with our AC unit. When we went online and looked for the local HVAC companies, GQ Heating and Air caught our attention because of the reviews they had on Home Advisor, Yelp, Google Plus. We watched the Youtube video about this company and called them to fix the AC problem we had. Allison answered the phone and booked an appointment. Technician Jay was here the same day, checked our AC unit which is 15 years old, did tune up. Was very reasonable price (only $69) and gave us some options for the future. Couple of days later, we received a follow up call from them to make sure everything was good.

GQ installed a full ductless heating and AC system into our home a few years ago and also added another unit recently. We have been very happy with the product installed and it was a pleasure working with this company. I have had the GQ maintenance crew out a few times for annual service and they have been kind, professional and helpful.

Had Travis out to my grandparents house in San Clemente at the beginning of the week. he did a good job, was on time, and explained that their heater was old and was going to need be replaced soon and that they need to at least keep it on a pm maintenance plan. He very honest and helpful, it's hard to find people like that anywhere these days. will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you GQ heating & air !
