Alex answered my call on a very cold morning when my HVAC heating was not working. He sent out Rodrigo to check it out and it was determined that they could repair or I could get a new heating system. I chose the new system and t was installed by the next day. I was thrilled to have a warm house that evening and this morning when I got up. It seems to be great and, as promised, much quieter than the old system. A real treat to work with Alex who has been helping me with plumbing problems for over 10 years. He is always very polite and thoughtful. Best of all, they make sure that they leave everything VERY clean before they leave.

Positive Plumbing was fantastic to work with. When my heat went out due to an AC compressor issue, Max responded quickly and was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He was able to diagnose the problem fast, explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and get everything fixed without any unnecessary upselling.

The repair was done promptly and at a reasonable price. It’s clear Max knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about doing quality work. I’d absolutely recommend Positive Plumbing to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing help.

Alex has helped us out for many years. He installed a new air conditioning unit at a great price. He fixed a leaking exterior faucet. We can call and get the service we need. We know he's reliable at a good rate. We have referred him to our friends and family.

Honestly, it is the best supply store I have been to. All guys have been great and professional today. Justin, the manager, and Jose spend almost 2 hours to help me through a warranty job. Thank you guys appreciated and I am looking forward to working more with you guys in the future.

Gotta give a major shout out to Justin the branch manager , who went over and beyond to help with a warranty issue. He was able to help me thru everything, and the customer was very happy. 2 uniformed technicians showed up as scheduled quickly diagnose the problem of low Freon. Discovered other issues which they repaired. Reset the temperature differentials and observed it was working properly all in good order. Very pleasant very professional and very knowledgeable. What more would you want?
